Last month I bought some parts from Stateline Nissan it was over 500 dollars worth of parts I ordered them on line one part didn’t work with car which was fine I got an email saying when the parts come in was over 500 dollars worth of parts I ordered them on line one part didn’t work with car which was fine I got an email saying when the parts come in I would get a refund the parts came in it was a week before I picked the parts up I got another email saying that the money for the part that didn’t even come in that they would go ahead and refund the money well they didn’t I picked up the parts the guy told me he didn’t know nothing about how to do the refund he said to wait on the other guy he could do the refund so the other guy finally came back and told me he would have to give this to another department the day I picked the parts up was the day the hurricane was hitting that afternoon they want to blame the power outage they had over a week before I picked up the parts to give me a refund then after I picked up the parts yes the pier was out that night and part of the next day it was a week after that I finally got a refund I had to call three times before that happened I felt like they didn’t care about the refund or customer service I wouldn’t never do business with them again it was a really bad experience I will tell everyone I know not to do business with them More

Restored my faith is dealer service I live in VA and loaned my 2010 Nissan Altima with 64,000 miles to my granddaughter for her last semester at school in RI. Last Sunday after traveling I live in VA and loaned my 2010 Nissan Altima with 64,000 miles to my granddaughter for her last semester at school in RI. Last Sunday after traveling from VA and about one mile from school the car broke down. She had it towed to Stateline and they found the transmission was defective. It had been rebuild by a dealer in VA at 58,000 miles. Stateline received approval from Nissan to repair the transmission under warranty. On Wednesday Victor on his day off asked his colleague Dave to call me with information about warranty. On Friday the repairs were completed and my granddaughter was able to pick up the car. There were no charges. This easily could have been a high priced repair but they were honest and did the right thing. John More
