Requested service to do a Pre Vehicle Perchance Car Inspection on a vehicle purchased elsewhere. The definition of a PPCI is: (A shop or dealer offering a pre purchase car inspection will provide the potential buyer with a detailed assessment of the car covering cosmetic, mechanical, and safety conditions as well as the condition of the electronics, complete with a portfolio of photos of any visible problem areas). They not only DON'T check over the entire vehicle, but rather only the areas of concern as if you yourself was to know what to look for. Unfortunately, the vehicle in question was an already purchased Nissan and needed an immediate inspection as proof of issues to require the sales venue to repair at their cost so I agreed. I later retrieved the vehicle to pay now $172 as they even tacked on shop supplies to the invoice. What supplies on an inspection and half @#& one at that? They quated over $1200 for parking brake shoes, over $5k for a new rear end. NEVER EVER will I visit let alone purchase a vehicle from them...... EVER! More
Wait a month and multiple repair attempts, and then won’t fix your car when they can’t figure it out. I had 4 attempts to let them fix it and I keep dishing out money and I have the same problem. I have never had such a horrible dealer experience in my life. First, the technician told me my car would be looked at immediately after coming into the service station. It took 2 days before it was even lo life. First, the technician told me my car would be looked at immediately after coming into the service station. It took 2 days before it was even looked at. I received 0 phone calls from the service department to update me on my car's status or even to confirm that the car had arrived at the dealer via AAA (they said they lost my number). After over two days of being at the dealer, the tech told me on the phone that he was not confident in fixing Jeeps (after I called to confirm they could perform the service needed). After over three days at the dealership, they were unable to figure out what was wrong with my car and decided that they would tow it to a Jeep dealer even further from my house. I had to call to get this update. When they told me that the tow was set up, they said I would be charged for the tow and acted like they were doing me a favor. I used AAA again to transport it to the second dealer. The service dept. at Stateline told me dealer #2 would look at my car the same day and I told them to also tell the dealer I needed a loaner car. When I called dealer #2, I was told it would be an additional 4 days before they could look at my car and that no loaner was available. There was no help coming from Stateline until I said to the service manager, Andy, that I'd be writing reviews like this. Only then did he call dealer 2 to get my car looked at sooner. After all of this, my car needed a new battery. 3 days of "diagnostics" and this service department never tested the battery. I have never had such a horrible experience... spent a week on hold and getting no answers, only to have the simplest solution in the books fix the issue. So disappointing. More
Bobby Calise was very helpful in presenting diff options in order to allow me to achieve my desired goal of getting a better vehicle than the 7 yr old Nissan that I have been driving. Provided me with info in order to allow me to achieve my desired goal of getting a better vehicle than the 7 yr old Nissan that I have been driving. Provided me with info to educate me in areas that he was seemingly expert in whereas I knew very little. Ultimately I was provided with an option that will provide me with reliable transportation fir yrs to come. Thank you, Bobby! More

Bobby did it again! Old lease was close to ending and I was over my miles, and he got me into the brand new 2021 Rogue! I appreciate that he called and let us know the new models were in and the way he wor was over my miles, and he got me into the brand new 2021 Rogue!
