I came back to this dealership to purchase a used car for my teenage son. I purchased a Pacifica in 2005 and have had the very best service through the years. I was absolutely sure the vehicle would be safe, reliable and would his needs. I have already referred another customer to Joe. It was a pleasure doing business with Stateline dealership. I just went in for an oil change on my Jeep and found a good deal on the Dodge Ram. Tom showed me (and my wife) the truck and it fit our budget. The trade in value was fair. Since this my second vehicle purchased from Stateline, I will surely go back to them if I am looking for another vehicle in the future. Not to forget the service department. The experience was a great one. Customer service was excellent until my husband showed the dealer an error on their website that allowed us to purchase the vehicle for a slightly lower price. Lawrence was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and thorough regarding gathering information for financing. Billy Ray, the floor manager, was also helpful but mislead me a little regarding interest ra thorough regarding gathering information for financing. Billy Ray was not involved in obtaining the interest rate so I had questions regarding that and also the discrepancy between the internet price and the selling price. I called to speak to Ryan (finance person) who explained the current terms, researched the internet price and provided the difference, and also obtained a lesser interest rate. Overall, I would recommend this dealership to anyone. More

However, it wasn't so straight forward; we looked at a lot of cars, talked a lot of numbers, but what sold me was their commitment to work out a deal. I want to thank my sales person Lawrence Perry for being more knowledgeable than me on the car I was purchasing, and I want to thank the General Sales Manager for coming out of his office to come and talk to me and make this deal work. I really feel these are good guys to work with and do business with; I would highly recommend Stateline and their staff! More
