I must say I have never been to a dealership that was this professional and friendly. Tracey Nathaniel is a very down to earth and genuine person who was wonderful to talk to during the sales process. Sh this professional and friendly. She has an enthusiam about vehicles which is very contagious! Ron Davis Jr. was very helpful and made the paperwork process very smooth and painless in finance. He has a very friendly yet professional manner which makes people comfortable. It was truly an honor talking with him, and the paperwork process took much less time than the explanation about all the cars gizmo's and gadgets took! I would not hesitate to recommend Stateline to anyone I know. It was a very pleasant experience all around and is a very beautiful dealership. More
I went in to the dealership for a specific vehicle I saw on their website, however when I went to the dealer, they attempted to try and sell me everything BUT the vehicle I wanted. After several visits they on their website, however when I went to the dealer, they attempted to try and sell me everything BUT the vehicle I wanted. After several visits they finally decided they could allow me to work a deal on the vehicle I wanted. There were some issues that were supposed to be resolved prior to me purchasing, however they weren't. When I asked about the issues I was told to bring the vehicle back again on a certain day at a certain time when the service department had a technician to fix the problem. I then returned back when they had asked, coming to find out that this certain technician capable of resolving the issue was now on vacation. This was the last straw for me, and rather than continuing to drive over 30 miles to the dealership again, I took it and paid out of pocket for another dealer specifically for the make that I purchased. All I felt They really cared about was making their sale and had no appreciation or concern for the satisfaction of a customer. I can undoubtedly say, I would never purchase from Stateline again. No follow up after my last visit and absolutely no thank you after I had purchased a car. If it weren't for the specific vehicle I went there for, I would have walked out. More

Our lease was about to expire so we started looking at different makes and models in the Charlotte area. After speaking with several dealers (of which some made us feel we were being an inconvenience) we different makes and models in the Charlotte area. After speaking with several dealers (of which some made us feel we were being an inconvenience) we were impressed with the friendliness and willingness to talk and work with us. I admit I hate car shopping as much or more than anyone however, I was impressed with the Stateline Chrysler team and our experience and will consider them in the future when it is time for a truck. In a very short period of time, we purchased 4 vehicles form Stateline for personal and company use. The staff at Stateline was outstanding. They were very well informed and customer oriented. I hadn't planned on buying a car when I walked in the door, but I've dealt with Viet on my last 3 purchases, and Joe on my last 2 purchases.
