This was by far the most interesting experience at a car dealership I have ever had. I came, I saw, I bought. Not only was Tracey informative, she was the ideal salesperson. She didn't push or down talk she just listened and gave me exactly want I wanted in a car. I left there excited about the vehicle and couldn't hardly wait til I could return with the check. Because of the particular interior I wanted, I had to wait a day or two longer than I would have liked for the car, but I was very pleased and happy when it arrived. It was exactly like I had requested. Thank you Tracey for making one of my dreams come true. More
The guys here were so warm and welcoming. It is a very pleasant atmosphere. Tony and Billy Ray both went above and beyond to get me in a vehicle I could afford and that suited my needs. The customer service was excellent, which was a breath of fresh air because I went to dealerships prior to going to Stateline and had to deal with terrible service from uninterested salesmen. I had planned on checking out the new Dodge Durango for future purchase, but Ed and the team at Stateline worked and worked( for three days) to get me a deal that I felt comfortable with. Ed even told me to check around and I would see that this was the best deal I could find.. So I did. And he was right. It mean's a lot for another dealer to tell you straight up that they cannot touch the deal that a rival has. After that, I was sold. I wanted a black Durango, but there was not one in the Express model. I told Ed I found one in Columbia, and he called me back in fifteen minutes to tell me that they could have it for me. I have been to several different dealerships, and I must say the staff at Stateline made me feel the most comfortable. One sales associate (who was not even assisting me) noticed I didn't have my son with me... I will tell people of my experience and definitely refer people to Stateline! Thank you all who were involved in my deal. More
Robert Morrison was very friendly and helpful in finding my new Durango. I picked up my Durango in the evening when Robert was not there, and I thought it was very nice that he made plans to come in just t my new Durango. I was greeted by Will Smith when I first got to Stateline. I had no intention of buying a new Dodge Ram, but I was looking at the possibility. Before I knew it he asked me what it was going to take to get me to take that truck home...obviously we haggled back and forth for awhile, but we finally came to terms for my new 2011 Dodge Ram 1500 2WD, with a sport package. I LOVE my new truck and the experience I had with Will was great. My only reason for the "4" instead of a "5" on the price is that I'm sure we can all agree that we'd like to pay less. I feel that I got a good value, but less is always better! Thanks for your help Will! John Dippert More

You clearly explained the differences between what I was told over the phone and what I discovered once I arrived at the dealership to chec all did! Also, I was told over the phone by Phillip that externally and internally the Jeep was perfect. Upon checking myself when I arrived, I found paint chipping on both sides of the Jeep externally and a few burn holes in the ceiling from cigarettes internally. The Finance guy, (forgive me for forgetting his name) was also very helpful and professional. It was a good experience, thank you. A few issues that I was not thrilled about was the internet pricing, the way the "Discounts" are listed is really a false lead on. Yes, there is fine print saying this includes every possible discount under the sun and you will not quialify for half of them but I found the way it was put on there to be a bit misleading. Also I recieved a card in the mail saying I could get UP TO $2,000 over Kelley Blue Book for my trade, that was a sham as I did not even get KBB much less the $2K over. With that said, the staff was attentive to my needs and worked well to achieve the common goal. Thank you. More

The last time I bought a new car I came home and was exhausted. This time I cannot tell you how great I felt when I got home. I came to the dealership to look at what I had picked out on line and Juli exhausted. This time I cannot tell you how great I felt when I got home. I came to the dealership to look at what I had picked out on line and Julio came out to greet me. He was so nice. He was so endearing and I just loved him. He was knowledgeable, asked the right questions and made me feel at home. I wasn't coming to buy. I was coming to look. He honestly made the deal that I couldn't pass up because of his honesty. Can you believe that? Honesty in a car dealership. I don't know how you have changed how it is to buy a car but you have done it. I don't want to go to any other dealership to buy another car except yours just because of this experience. P.S. LOVE THE EXPENSIVE CLOTHES AND MANNERS, TOO !! Awesome. This has been terrific.
