Mr Braley was great. It was the finance officer and the asst. GM that caused me to rate this low. I purchased a Jeep Wrangler and 14 days later was told I wasn't approved for lending. Causing me lost time on the job and consult fees. I was a terrible experience all together. I will say they did reimburse me for a part I had ordered for the Jeep which I am sure they recouped that from the next buyer of the vehicle. Honestly I have never been that embarrassed in my life. To be told you are qualified and accepted for approval and leave with the vehicle and order parts for it put full coverage insurance on it and dropping the coverage on the trade in vehicle. I had to go without a vehicle for several days due to this incident. The way I look at it customers are doing car dealers a favor by purchasing from there lots not the other way around. And for all the inconvenience I was put through needlessly I only received an I'm sorry and the money for the part which I'm sure the dealership got their money plus extra back. So NO I will not recommend this dealer to any of my Friends. More

I was very pleased with the service we received. The person that handles USAA, was very helpful and got back to us in a short amount of time with info. I was talking with another dealer, that dropped t person that handles USAA, was very helpful and got back to us in a short amount of time with info.
