Went looking for a Jeep, I told them how much I wanted to spend, and they tried to up sell me on a more expensive model and give me a insanely long duration on my line. Like 82 months or something. I didn' spend, and they tried to up sell me on a more expensive model and give me a insanely long duration on my line. Like 82 months or something. I didn't know they would let you finance that long. So instead of trying to find a car that meet my price point, they try to work in a more expensive car with some sort of crazy finance. When I told the this wouldn't work THEN they tried to show me something that was something closer to what I could afford. They didn't have the car in stock, so I went somewhere else where they DID find something I could afford. That, and when you pull up to the dealership there were about 10 sales reps that jumped me the second I stepped outta my car like a band of wild jackals. Give a guy a second to catch his breath guys and look around. More

I never once felt any pressure to buy - the simply answered my questions (and I asked a lot of questions), worked to find the right car for me and then were very pleasant with the negotiations. We all have to remember that a dealership has to make a profit to exist - with that in mind I feel that I got a fair price on the car, they made some money and everybody walked away happy. They were also able to finance for me at a very competitive rate. When I arrived the car was ready exactly as promised (with some add-ons completed) and I was in and out within an hour. Overall one of the top 3 car buying experiences in my 45 year life and one that I would recommend highly to others.
