Cory was wonderful to work with! I would highly recommend working with him when purchasing your next new or used vehicle. Kevin tried to sneak a $500, un-needed tuneup into a work-order. It;s needed at 100k miles, I had 32k miles on my ride. Can't trust him. Charged me for 4 turned 4 rotors tho I only approved 2. Said my tires were out of round, reality is they are not competent enough to do a simple tire balance. They tried and failed on 2 separate visits. Went somewhere else, done perfrecty in 20 minutes. (he never actually told me this, but he said in his "notes" that he did. Lost the center cap for one my wheels Had my after-mkt hood painted & installed by them, they only painted the top, didn't tell me. Didn't fit the hood properly. Lost my lock-nut for my wheels. Lost my owner's manual. Didn't fix my key-remote issue that is a warranty item. My guess is they didn't install a new module like they said they would, but it's just a guess. Didn't fix my rear clunking noise. This was all in one visit!!! Service mgr is very nice, the rest of the place....well, I think the above speaks for itself. More

Will Smith was extremely friendly and made my husband and I feel very comfortable during our experience at Stateline. I feel that the staff went above and beyond my expectations, including Will, Mr. O'Day, and Jamal(sorry if any names are mispelled). I would recommend Stateline to anyone as I would recommend any Chrysler product. I would also like to say that the service department at Stateline is great! I would like to point out Taylor especially. He used to service my vehicle at Metrolina and I was very please to see Stateline brought him on over when they closed. Thanks Stateline!! On the afternoon of March 17,2012 I was prepared to buy a 2012 Ford Mustang directly across the street. When I drove by the dealership, I noticed a car that caught my eye and stopped. We were immediately greeted by Corey and he introduced us to James Morris and he assisted us in purchasing our 2012 Charger. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. We had a very pleasant buying experience. As I mentioned earlier, we had been looking at different dealerships and cars and had been given different quotes. At one facility we were left alone for a lengthy amount of time, before we were even given a quote,at another dealership we waited over 30 minutes before a salesman even greeted us. I understand that you do have to wait at times, James took that wait time to educate us on the charger and what a great car we were getting for just a little bit more money, which made me feel confident that I was getting a great buy. I would return and encourage my friends to buy from this dealership. This was a brand new car buying experience. Thanks, keep up the great job. More
