We had a wonderful experience purchasing our new Durango at Stateline. James was so good to work with. He even came to my workplace to pick the Durango up to have a DVD player installed! My husband and I a at Stateline. James was so good to work with. He even came to my workplace to pick the Durango up to have a DVD player installed! My husband and I agree that it was the easiest car purchase we have ever made. We were so pleased that we referred the McKone family (also from Rock Hill)to Stateline to purchase a Dodge Charger for their son, Aaron. Ronnie and Carole Cosper Rock Hill More
I contacted this dealership (among two others) in the fall of 2011 after deciding that I was going to purchase a Charger as my next vehicle. Julia Jenkins in Internet Sales responded to the request, and fall of 2011 after deciding that I was going to purchase a Charger as my next vehicle. Julia Jenkins in Internet Sales responded to the request, and was not only diligent in answering my initial questions, but also stayed in touch with me periodically over the next several months (more so than the other dealerships I contacted); compelling me to contact her the day I was ready to make the purchase. After arriving at the dealership, she warmly greeted me at the door, and introduced me to Corey Hartley, Sales & Leasing Consultant. I had done my research (trade value, model/features, financing, etc.), yet Corey was able to answer additional questions I had once we were in the lot; doing so in an professional, objective, and sincere manner. After a short test-drive, I informed Corey that I was ready to discuss numbers. Corey soon introduced me to Billy Ray (one of the managers) and after a couple of exchanges, we settled on a price, trade and rate with which I felt comfortable and that aligned with my expectations. It's been my previous experience that negotiating a vehicle purchase is typically riddled with high pressure sales, slights of hand and other sales acrobatics; however I am pleased to say that this experience, and interaction with these three individuals was sincere and straightforward. I am pleased with my purchase, and equally as important, pleased with my experience. More
This was a very busy dealership. Despite this, the sales person was very responsive to my needs and requests. This was as enjoyable a car buying experience as such a process can be. person was very responsive to my needs and requests. This was as enjoyable a car buying experience as such a process can be. Very corteous, friendly and supportive. Listened to my needs and tried hard to find the best possible solution. I have nad would recommend this dealership to friends and colleagues. I had a much better ex needs and tried hard to find the best possible solution. I have nad would recommend this dealership to friends and colleagues. I had a much better experience at Stateline then at other dealerships. There was only one (unfortunately big) caviot. When discussing the new vehicle I was under the impression (and actually signed a paper that stated this) that I would get and buy a Grand Caravan SE. However I bought and received a Grand Caravan AVP with less extras on the interior which is still bothering me. I am missing the console between drivers and passenger seat, second row windows cannot be opend etc. This was and is disappointing. I feel somewhat betrayed. Knut Marczinske, June 1. 2012 More

We were at the lot just looking around as we do almost every weekend. It was just before closing when Andrea walked up to us with such excitment still in her face and attitude. We went on a couple of te every weekend. It was just before closing when Andrea walked up to us with such excitment still in her face and attitude. We went on a couple of test drives and she knew all the information on the cars that intrested us. We went home that night to think on a decision and she kept in contact with us the next day to see what we were thinking. I feel that it is important to tell you I bought my previous car from here in 2005 and I was determined to never buy there again. My fiancee just likes looking at the inventory as it is close to our house. Anyway, Andrea was awesome! I felt like we've been friends for years. I never felt like I was being taken advatage of or pressured into buying anything. Like I said we were just looking and she made us feel like we were destined to be in the Charger:) I'm sorry but I don't remember the guy who came to us to talk #'s but he really stepped up to work with us on the deal as well. He came back with some crazy #'s and I was like no thank you. He took my past expierence with you guys in consideration when he back to replay the #'s, which was really appreciated. I am extremely happy with my new used car and with all the services received. On the lot Andrea was awesome and very helful. She was high energy and just made us so excited about the expierence. The sales guy who crunched the #'s was very nice and actually cared about getting us in the car we wanted. Then we worked with another guy who finalized the papers, who was very helpful as well. He really took the time to explain all of my questions to where we actually understood what he was saying. I am 100% glad my fiancee had an interest in your inventory because you really turned around my attitude about your company. I look forward to continue our buisness with you in the future. Thank you. From the time I walked in to just review trucks and get advice and pricing for interested trucks, Joe was right there to offer answers to every question and to show and tell when deemed appropriate. Joe w advice and pricing for interested trucks, Joe was right there to offer answers to every question and to show and tell when deemed appropriate. Joe was never pushy just polite and helpful and seems to know when to ask and what to ask. My intent was never to purchase a vehicle at this first visit, but with all the professional showed by Joe and his management staff, I was sold on the truck, the price, the professionalism and the we appreciate your business attitude. I would highly recommend Stateline Chrysler Jeep Dodge to any one looking to purchase a car, jeep or truck. More
I found the perfect truck online, a 2009 Dodge Laramie, and was told that the truck was available and was like new. So I put down a $500 holding fee and then drove over 150 miles to look at the truck. As w and was told that the truck was available and was like new. So I put down a $500 holding fee and then drove over 150 miles to look at the truck. As with most sale deals, the experience started off very good. My wife and I were greeted with open arms and it all appeared like it was going to be a good day. My first indication that the phone converstaion about the truck was less than truthful was the obvious damges on the body of the truck. I figured that I could use this to haggle with the price. While looking over the truck, I asked that the engine be turned off so I could check the oil and was promptly told that, as part of the service for sales...the oil had been just changed and there was no need to check it. Well, I had the truck about a week with less that 500 miles added by me when the "change the oil" notification came up. Dishonesty was the first word that came to my mind! So, now I am inside the dealership ready to negoitiate. I made an offer of $700 less than the asking price to cover the body damges (later estimates were found to be $1,300)and Mr Perry said that he'd have to ask the boss. My offer was never entertained. I was then asked about financing and I informed them that I already have an approved loan with my bank (USAA, as I am a retired Soldier). This is when the friendliness changed. I was at the point of being badgered as they were trying to get me to use "their" financing. I repeatedly explained that I already have an approved loan and I use my bank for everything. The relationship immediately went ice cold and it was like they couldn't get me out the door quick enough. I also had to remind Mr Perry twice to get my $500 holding fee returned. This experience was the worst I've had! More
