My experience at Stateline Chrysler was even more enjoyable because when Mr. Perry said he could keep the payments in line with my budget he did just that! I think ALL dealerships, not just Stateline, would give consumers an even better experience if ALL additional fees were given the customer at the time I shake hands with the salesman to finalize the deal! After searching all over the Southeast for just the right Jeep, I discovered Stateline online and was intrigued by the selection and pricing. It was a two hour drive for me so I made several calls to the online service agents and finalized a price before I drove to the dealership. Lawrence Perry was extremely helpful and friendly, not pushy at all. He had a great sense of humor and answered all of my questions - displaying an admirable knowledge-base for the products he was selling. The management did require some "reminding" about the pricing they had agreed to, but in the end they were honest and fair. I have purchased vehicles elsewhere and although all dealerships require some fee for processing, I was surprised to see that Stateline requires a $600 fee for "document filing and paperwork." Maybe this is the norm for most dealerships, but none that I have used have charged quite that much. From my research the price was still much lower than the competition so I didn't mind too much. However, it would have been nice for this to be listed on the website or mentioned during one of my several calls.... Lawrence handled this very professionally, explaining everything to my satisfaction. In summary, I would certainly purchase from Lawrence again, and would recommend Stateline to anyone looking for a Jeep. The prices were fair, even with the processing fee. Overall a good experience and what a fun vehicle to drive! More

I've leased/bought about 10 cars in my life so I've been thru the whole sales "game" before. This experience was one of the best. I was very direct with what I wanted from the start and Jim, my salesperson was great - he understood my budget and expectations, was pleasant to work with and I drove out with a brand new Jeep at the exact payment I was comfortable with. Never felt pressured or pushed into anything I couldn't afford. He even took the time to program all my old radio stations into my new Jeep, showed me all the features, etc. He went above & beyond, I felt - showed me the entire facility, service dept. etc. More

We found Andrea to be very knowledegable, friendly, professional and went the extra mile to find the exact van we were looking for. She was very successful in hunting down a van that fit our specific needs. Andrea kept us well informed. Britton, the young man who went through our paperwork, was also a delight. He was very helpful, professional and curteous. We will highly recommend Stateline to our friends. Kudos to you, and all the staff. Neale was very good to work with. He understood our needs and our budget. He worked hard to get us the best deal possible, and took his time with us. Our experience purchasing our new Town & Country van was great. The employees were amazing and very respectful of each other which made our experience very smooth and easy. I really liked that once the other sales people realized we were already working with someone from the night before they backed off, and when he (Ryan) was busy we were transferred to another individual who fit our personalities and needs well. Dre worked hard to find out what we were looking for in our new vehicle and didn't push any unnecessary extras that wouldn't have fit our needs. She was very knowledgeable about the details of each of the vans and the first one she showed us fit our needs perfectly. Once we were ready to purchase the van we loved, they gave us a great price and worked with us on our trade-in, making our time there the least stressful of all other dealerships we have ever visited. I will definitely continue to do business with this dealership and use Dre and/or Ryan when possible in all future purchases. More
BOUGHT A 200S IN JUNE 2011 FROM THIS DEALER,I WENT BACK IN JULY 2012 TO TRADE MY 200 IN FOR A DODGE CHARGER. I FOUND THE ONE I LIKED ON THEIR INTERNET SITE, WHEN I GOT THERE IT WAS SOLD. SALES PERSON TOOK IN JULY 2012 TO TRADE MY 200 IN FOR A DODGE CHARGER. I FOUND THE ONE I LIKED ON THEIR INTERNET SITE, WHEN I GOT THERE IT WAS SOLD. SALES PERSON TOOK ME TO LOOK AT OTHER ONES THAT THEY HAD BUT THEY WERE NOT WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR. AFTER SOME TIME I ASKED THE SALESMEN WHAT I COULD GET FOR MY 200. HE TOLD ME IT WAS UP TO AN AUCTION PRICE ( I KNOW THIS CAR WOULD NOT GO TO AUCTION). AFTER HE TOOK A QUICK LOOK AT MY 200 HE TELLS ME THE BEST I COULD GET IS MAYBE $16,000. I KNOW HE WAS LOW BALLING ON THE TRADE, I HAD GOTTEN OFFERS OF $18,750 FROM OTHER DEALERS INCLUDING A FORD DEALER. I KNOW IT WAS A HOT DAY (100 DEG.) BUT HE SEEMED ANNOYED AND THAT WE WERE WASTING HIS TIME. More
