I ask for an email price took for ever to get they wanted me to come in once I got I went in to see the car they quoted me the salesperson was late they had one 300 on lot it was 10,000 $ more than the one t me to come in once I got I went in to see the car they quoted me the salesperson was late they had one 300 on lot it was 10,000 $ more than the one they quoted me salesperson insisted I take it for ride it was a 8 cylinder I was quoted 6 so what’s the point I took for ride then was being talked into buying this one which I didn’t want they said they could send for the other it would take time they then said the discounts they applied I would have to qualify for so the price they quoted was bull I think it’s called bait switch More

My Ram Diesel required a fuel pump as part of a recall and the parts had to be ordered (I was a little surprised these aren’t widely stocked but okay, no big deal). A month or so later the parts arrived a and the parts had to be ordered (I was a little surprised these aren’t widely stocked but okay, no big deal). A month or so later the parts arrived and I got a call to schedule my appointment. Dropped off the truck on Saturday for a Monday appointment and was helped by Jerome; very upbeat and helpful. No issues at check in. Monday my assigned advisor Adam called to introduce himself and outline the services needed. Perfect so far! Adam called a few hours later informing me a multipoint inspection was done and a few items were recommended; Oil Change, Tire Rotation, and EGR service. I know the oil change is close, but decline it. The tires are all brand new(purchased less than a month ago) and probably still have the little rubber knobbies on them, but whatever. Lastly, EGR service on a diesel with less than 30k miles??? I doubt it, and politely deny all of their recommendations. No pressure by Adam which is appreciated and he lets me know the truck should be done the following morning. Running right on time so far! 9am the following morning Adam calls to tell me the truck is ready for pickup. Most excellent! I pick up the vehicle around noon and all appears on the up and up. All in if the recommendations were a little more thought out and/or accurate I’d give 5 stars, but I also recognize they’ve got a job to do and commissions to make (most likely). More

Very pleased with our sales rep! James J was very knowledge about our vehicle and showing us how the Jeep Wrangler and how the soft tops work.
