We were there for a long time (4 hours to be exact) but Dan’s professionalism eased the waiting process. During our first visit we weren’t able to find the Jeep we were looking for and we’re thrown off by the managers comments on how we had been there so long and didn’t go over specifics that were ideal to do so from the beginning. The morning after we our visit we had a family emergency and were unable to resume our car search until 3 weeks after. I received a call from the dealership (Brenda, I believe) who was extremely nice, to find out about experience. I gave my feedback and she immediately was able to send me inventory based on what we were looking for. We went in the same day and worked alongside Ebony (who was amazing) and Viet (who was super funny). The Jeep was ready for me to check out and test drive upon arrival in which made the whole experience super easy and stress free. We ended up purchasing the vehicle that day! The team was helpful, friendly and professional. Overall, we had an great experience with Stateline and appreciate everyone involved with the sale of our new Jeep! I am grateful for the follow up call as they were able to make me feel confident to do business with them. I can’t stress enough how just like we have off days so do businesses, the importance is the follow up and the efforts to make things right. It’s hard for a businessman to understand that putting the customer’s interests first is actually profitable because next quarter the same group of customers will have to generate a bigger profit or the management team will be sacked.
