A lil honesty please Started shopping for a specific Jeep. Was told at the sister store that they didn't have what I was looking for, but did at their overflow lot. An older model was brought over from Stateline to the dealer I was at. After shopping around, called Stateline to find out if they had new model of the Jeep on their lot. We were excitedly told they had 2! Got there not long after after calling about very specific vehicle. Salesperson took time appraising my car and getting numbers together (still haven't seen car came to look at). After about 1/2 hour, was told that the Jeep was not there. We explained where we had come from, and why we were there. 2 seconds later manager comes over and tells us the car IS there, it was a very big overflow lot in the back, to just give them time to pull it up. After waiting about 20 minutes and giving the benefit of the doubt, asked for the keys back to my car. Was told by the manager that the Jeep is there, but the KEYS are at the sister store we just came from! So the car was not coming from "overflow lot" it was in fact coming from the other store. All we customers willing to drop 40 grand on a vehicle ask for is for a little honesty.... More

Recovered Customer My initial visit was good but not great only because of the timing it took for our salesman who was awesome, to locate inventory and keys. We were there for a long time (4 hours to be exact) but Dan’s professionalism eased the waiting process. During our first visit we weren’t able to find the Jeep we were looking for and we’re thrown off by the managers comments on how we had been there so long and didn’t go over specifics that were ideal to do so from the beginning. The morning after we our visit we had a family emergency and were unable to resume our car search until 3 weeks after. I received a call from the dealership (Brenda, I believe) who was extremely nice, to find out about experience. I gave my feedback and she immediately was able to send me inventory based on what we were looking for. We went in the same day and worked alongside Ebony (who was amazing) and Viet (who was super funny). The Jeep was ready for me to check out and test drive upon arrival in which made the whole experience super easy and stress free. We ended up purchasing the vehicle that day! The team was helpful, friendly and professional. Overall, we had an great experience with Stateline and appreciate everyone involved with the sale of our new Jeep! I am grateful for the follow up call as they were able to make me feel confident to do business with them. I can’t stress enough how just like we have off days so do businesses, the importance is the follow up and the efforts to make things right.
