Well, this is the first time I have used your services and I cannot say that it was a good experience. After they told me my car was ready, I went to pick it up and it wouldn't start. This was after pay and I cannot say that it was a good experience. After they told me my car was ready, I went to pick it up and it wouldn't start. This was after paying an absurd amount of money just for a replacement alternator and the serpentine. Not to mention the $145 just for the diagnosis. The worst part is that I have to leave the car for a weekend and wait to see what else is going to be wrong with my car. More

My Hellcat broke down on Sunday when the service shop was closed well the sales associates allowed me to bring it on in and leave it in the shop over night. Kept vehicle for a week and never fixed the issue and had to keep constantly calling to check on status of the vehicle. Kept having a delay on when vehicle could be picked up. For the delays the sevice agent Michael Cornelison agreed to charging for a certain amount but when I went to pick up the vehicle another amount was given, a higher amount. Very poor customer service. Rather go to the dealership in Concord NC. More
