The service appointment was at 2:30 and they got me right in on time. Then at 3:45, they sent a text saying they were finished and gave me a detailed list of the items they worked on and their condition. in on time. I payed for the service and went to get my Jeep, only to find out they were still working on it. They weren’t finished for another 50 minutes. So how could they have possibly filled out the summary paperwork, when they weren’t done yet? Looks like someone pre-filled out the paperwork, regardless of the work actually being performed. Also, they didnt have either of the 2 air filters in stock. So now I’m going to have to go back or somewhere else to get the air filters replaced. This is lousy service. At least their WiFi worked well. More
