I recommended this place of business to my friend. He went on line did an application and was told that the finance officer would be in touch with him and his name was Chris. He left several messages for him as he said he waas trying to locate a vehicle that would fit the banks criteria for the loan he was approved for we are into week three and after several calls to this gentleman with voice mail that is always full that can not accept messages and several of the pleasant ladies who answer the phone walking messages over to him he never received the courtesy of a return call or info in a three week time period. This is not just unprofessional but not the experience that I had expected for him to receive from such a highly rated dealership. I will never recommend this dealership to any other person and I am informing everyone I meet who mentions purchasing a vehicle I am also recommending that my friend Anthony Perkins goes on every consumer platform and let his experience be known about Stateline Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Fort Mill SC. More
