She is now not going to refund me after I have it in writing that she would. This has nothing to do with money, rather the fact that they have lied and returned my vehicle to me damaged with no willingness to correct said damage. The ratings make sense now. Seeems that they are trying to buy the reviews. Disgusting business practice. Not sure how this dealership has such a good rating. I have had nothing but bad experiences here. I was given the run around on a problem that is known be an issue. So much so that Chrysler has extended the warranty on the part for 10 years. No recall though because "it does not cause a safety issue." tldr: sketchy service manager doesn't believe customer and refuses to do anything about damaged property and service advisor is rude after the first visit. Adam Putnam, the service advisor I had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with, was great at the beginning. He agreed with me as to what the problem was and told me the issue was covered under the extended warranty. I get a call from him after his service tech "diagnosed" the real issue as something else. A $175 charge... I fix the issue based on what I was told. What do you know the problem isn't fixed. I call him and tell him that his tech was wrong about the fix and after 10 minutes of arguing he agreed that he would diagnose the issue again free of charge this time. Get another call from him and now his tech agrees with me on what the problem is and they will fix it under warranty. I go pick my car up. Once in my car I notice a lot of my personal belongings were tampered with, mainly the dashcam has been unplugged and there is new damage to the steering wheel. I call the service manager, Amanda Lee, another lovely person to deal with. Email her pictures of the damage and tell her that the tech messed with my dashcam. Foreman says he unplugged the dashcam because it was making a noise the entire time he was working. To do the repair the battery should be disconnected. If it was the camera can't make a noise, and I have video proof that it was unplugged while they were driving on the lot. They also do not believe me when I tell them that the service is the one who damaged my steering wheel. Amanda says that it is normal wear and refuses to help in this situation. The only thing they do to correct the issue is give me money back on the first diagnostic fee. Nothing for damages to vehicle. I don't expect anything to be done about the dashcam situation but rather I bring this up because it is sketchy to lie about. What else are they lying about? More
