My wife and I were very pleased with the service and price of our preowned Jeep Grand Cherokee purchase at Stateline. We had one financial bank cituation that did not work the way the manager Sam though price of our preowned Jeep Grand Cherokee purchase at Stateline. We had one financial bank cituation that did not work the way the manager Sam thought it would and he wrote me a check that more than covered the differrence. Sam is a man of his word. He honored his promise. We were 100% satisfied. No hassels. We will be happy to shop there for our next Jeep. More
Zero stars wasn’t an option. Just purchased a vehicle from this establishment. I was promised in writing that I would be getting “red brake calipers installed” on my vehicle. Thi Just purchased a vehicle from this establishment. I was promised in writing that I would be getting “red brake calipers installed” on my vehicle. This is approved by the sales manager Brad Owers. I contacted the general manager David Dobrakta about the issue. He told me covers for the calipers I already have is what they could give me. There was no explanation as to why I wouldn’t be getting the product that I was promised in writing, just it would cost too much for them. I guess dishonesty is how this dealership chooses to make money. Having gone back and forth over a very black and white is very frustrating, and I would caution anybody to even step foot in this dealership. When I asked David for a contact above him, he plainly refused, leaving me stuck with a contract that they are not willing to honor. This just goes to show the lack of integrity in management that is running that dealership. It is mind blowing that a sales manager and then a general manager would allow this to happen. If there is anyone higher up with this company, please reach out. More

Dealership is 2 hours away so i made an appointment to test drive a car when they open Saturday morning. I call Friday night right before they close to confirm the vehicle is still available and I am assu test drive a car when they open Saturday morning. I call Friday night right before they close to confirm the vehicle is still available and I am assured it is, and it will be waiting for me to test drive it when i get there first thing in the morning. Once i get about 15 minutes from the dealership, i get a phone call telling me that someone had already put a deposit on the vehicle the day before and that the vehicle is no longer available. So either this place has horrible communication or a shady deal was set in motion during the hours they were closed and had already confirmed the vehicle’s availability/my appointment. Or some combination of the 2. Either way, just the slimiest cliche of a dealership as possible. There are a lot of good reviews for this place but please pay attention to the negative ones. There are stories similar to mine, and some that are far worse, that i wish i had not ignored when doing my research More
