This is/was truly the worst dealership I have had the displeasure of dealing with. The sales team, (Jeff) in particular, was very snobby and his tactics were a bit harsh and rude. I Ultimately ended up trading my 2013 Audi A4 for a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee, that has had a transmission replacement after 2 tries at fixing it with software, also have had my Air compressor swapped out needlessly due to the service manager JIM, stating that the the noise I was describing to him while there recently was being caused by the compressor (Noise is still present). While there waiting to be driven home for lack of a loaner on a warrantied vehicle with less than 10k on it, I voiced my opinion that, (for 40K this is the 3rd time here, and it shouldn't be like this). He got me in the middle of the room and tried to bully me into quieting down as it was bad for business!! I think Somerset Jeep needs some serious cleanup!! I notified corporate and was told I will probably be bought out of this LEMON. If not by them, Massachusetts Lemon law will then be utilized till I am rid of this xxx. Great experience by a woman shopping by herself So I thought I would test out a new Jeep Wrangler but the friendliness & professionalism of Brandon allowed me to feel relaxed about "going inside" an So I thought I would test out a new Jeep Wrangler but the friendliness & professionalism of Brandon allowed me to feel relaxed about "going inside" and get a quote on my trade in. The overall experience of then, what do I need to do to make a sale, progressed well that I bought a car when I wasn't planning to do it. I did buy a car by myself before too, due to car dying but this experience I can say I did not feel uncomfortable or stressed out by myself there. Actually they didn't have the color I wanted and they were able to locate it as planned, in a timely fashion. All in all when dealing w/ the Salesman, Finance staff, and Service, everyone returned my calls very promptly and pleasant. Very happy about my purchase and going there resolved my need for a new car without the pain and suffering of most dealerships! More

I had a sheet with suggested trade values taken from Kelly's Blue Book taken from your website and asked several times to give me a price between the high and the low. Not a difficult feat in my mind. Yet I could not get an answer." Haggling": (to annoy or exhaust)is not a good tactic in the long run. If not for the Salesperson Cheyenne, I would have left and looked elsewhere. Most people I know like to keep negotiations on a level playing field.
