First of all Eddie, Jess, Oscar, and everyone in the back is five out of five stars. This review is solely on the service manager Marcos and the service advisor Valentino. I started coming to the service d is five out of five stars. This review is solely on the service manager Marcos and the service advisor Valentino. I started coming to the service department with Chris Baker and have never had an issue before Marcos and Valentino showed up. They have proven on separate instances to be incompetent, unprofessional, arrogant, and have totally changed the atmosphere of the whole dealership for the worse. I have never seen so many unhappy people and cannot believe they are allowed to treat customers the way that they do. Whomever made the personnel change to these individuals from higher up needs to be fired immediately! More

Seems like all new employees, new management, new sales staff…they all like their “cell phones”… the only lady car salesman was the only one to come out of her office to talk to us, and went above and beyo staff…they all like their “cell phones”… the only lady car salesman was the only one to come out of her office to talk to us, and went above and beyond to get us the correct answer to a question with a symbol popping up on our dash board, that the staff on the shop side couldn’t answer, they directed us to talk to a car salesman!! Wish I would have gotten her name, she was as great! More
