I had my 2021 Outback in for an issue with the hatchback on May 14. Robert Head handled the issue quickly (by resetting the computer), professionally and spent time explaining how the different buttons on on May 14. Stateline Auto in Fruitland USED to have the best customer service, especially in the parts department. The service we have received over the past six months or so has been absolutely appalling!! We have purchased four different vehicles from them as well as referred several friends and family members which have purchased another six vehicles within the last five years. We are very familiar with their processes and quality of service. This company has severely taken a turn for the worse!
