Stateline Auto in Fruitland USED to have the best customer service, especially in the parts department. The service we have received over the past six months or so has been absolutely appalling!! We are very familiar with their processes and quality of service. This company has severely taken a turn for the worse! Made an appt for service, when I got there dealer said they didn't have time that day. I drove from Cambridge, so I was not happy about the waste of my time. Went in on a Saturday to look at a car we saw on-line. We were immediately greeted and the car was brought up front ready for a test drive. Eddie was great to work with and no pressure.
