Cautious, yet satisfied My initial Service Advisor, for the most part was thorough with my Xterra’s evaluation. Very accommodating with payments and timelines for completion. The day of my scheduled appointment to fix my brake light issues, I was told there was an accrued cost for the fix. The servicing ptech discovered the true issue for my brake lights and was informed, I will be charged for another diagnostic. Stunned. Stunned was my feeling to this explanation. I responded this issue should have been found on the initial diagnosis. This disappointment adds to my caution and lack of confidence in this Service department. A couple of years ago, I had my tires rotated. My wife found a Lug nut on our Driveway. Three of the four tires, the lugs were loose. One tire had two lugs missing. Scared. To say the least. Jeff Johnson, corrected that issue and now this oversight. I appreciate this person. Incorrectly rotated tire could have cause damaged or worse injury. Mr. Johnson took the time again to reassures me my Xterra would be taken care of. More

I purchased lifetime oil change and tire rotation service when I purchased my Nissan Cube....it is hands-down the best and most reliable vehicle I've ever owned. The service department is very proactive in letting me know about my required maintenance and they have always answered all my questions. More

dishonest and lack of integrity! my car was purchased brand new 1.5 years ago. was told to monitor battery in first few months of ownership, finally last week car died the day after r my car was purchased brand new 1.5 years ago. was told to monitor battery in first few months of ownership, finally last week car died the day after routine service. brought it back they wanted me to buy a new battery knowing i was in a hurry for work. battery was not covered despite the fact it was only a year and a half years old. they told me my air filter needs attention when it was supposed to have been replaced about a 3 months prior at State Line Nissan, their shop. top of my vehicle was starting to rust, and brought to their attention around 30k miles and was told not covered. driver seat is loose and squeeks since day one, and the clear bra they installed came loose due to air bubbles in the film. after, months of following up with them, they finally made attempt, but instead of removing the entire piece on the hood and bumper, they cut a small section out to replace and ended up cuuting into the paint. that has not been resolved. been getting the run around since. i have gone back to the their dealership multiple times (probably over 10 times) non of it were documented in their system. they don't document services or compaints as they should, the oil change indicator light came on about 1k earlier than the mielage sticker on the winshield, and this was from the same visit as the routine maintenance visit above, where air filter change was supposed to have been done , which made me question 'was my oil and air filter really done during that visit'. if i hadn't purchased the maintenance plan when i bought the car, then i would have stopped going back. More
