Oil Change/Battery review I came in for an oil change and the service was outstanding! My car was quickly checked in and the mileage and history was reviewed with the manager. I came in for an oil change and the service was outstanding! My car was quickly checked in and the mileage and history was reviewed with the manager. I mentioned that the battery terminal had become corroded in the past and asked to have it checked. In less than an hour, the Service Manager came to see me in the waiting room to review all that the technicians had done and to day that everything checked out perfectly. As someone that drives 500 to 1,000 miles per week for work, it’s important to me that my car stays in top condition. I always feel safe & secure after a visit to the Service Department at Stateline Nissan and will continue to use them as my garage of choice to service my car. More service advisors need to be like Justin Charles Initially took my car in for an oil change. During the complimentary multipoint inspection it was discovered my left inner cv boot was torn and leakin Initially took my car in for an oil change. During the complimentary multipoint inspection it was discovered my left inner cv boot was torn and leaking - exact same cv boot that I had repaired earlier in the year. Jonny Grogan, the service advisor, said he will check on the part needed to fix the cv boot; if it's not in stock he will order it and call me when it's in. Almost two weeks after my oil change I haven't heard from Jonny so I called and left a message. I called again a day later - being Friday now - after still not hearing from him and was able to talk with him then. He said he will check on the part and that it may be on backorder and he will call me right back. Surprise, surprise I did not get a call back. I call again after the weekend - it being Monday now - and was able to talk with Justin Charles. Justin kept me on the phone while he checked to see if the part was available to repair the cv boot. But first we had to verify it was in fact the left inner cv boot that needed repaired since there were no notes about it in my file. Justin was able to get my car in, provide me with a loaner car, and get my car fixed all within 4 hours of speaking with him. If not for Justin's customer service I would not be giving the rating I am. All service advisors should follow his example. More

Finding a reliable Nissan Dealership for my Nissan Altima. Came to this particular Dealership to register my Nissan Altima after purchasing from Car Rental. Upon arrival Staff immediately came to me to find out what I needed and pointed me to the correct department and introduced me to the staff of that department. Very Courteous and professional staff, clean uniforms and establishment. Once I advised them want I desired, paperwork was drawn and went to a very updated clean, neat and relaxed atmosphere room, where all kinds of snacks and beverages along with Wi-Fi were available for my convenience. Car was bought to me cleaner than I gave it to them with everything done that I requested. More
