Two plus hours for an oil change. What rating would you give I called last Friday and specifically asked what day this week would not be busy for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told that Monday was the b I called last Friday and specifically asked what day this week would not be busy for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told that Monday was the best and 11:00 AM would work. I pulled up and saw three vehicles parked outside the garage door and I should have just turned around. I went inside and stood for five minutes waiting for someone to help get this process started and then went into a packed waiting room after waiting an hour a woman pulled a salesman aside and said she had been waiting since 10:00 AM and they had not even started on her car yet! Others also made the same comment how long they had been waiting and even said if they knew it would be this long they would have come in another time. All they asked was a courtesy call to tell them the service shop was behind. Finally after two hours a person came out to tell me that they had the oil changed and tires rotated but that they suggested that I have the battery terminals cleaned off as they saw corrosion. (This is the same thing they told me at the last oil change which I refused) I asked if they would just clean it up and they said it would be $35. The tire rotation was $25! So I asked if they could simply clean it as a good customer service practice and she said no even though I had been waiting that long. I get free oil changes as a result of buying my car there but you know what, I an considering paying to get it done elsewhere to avoid the dysfunctional way you operate. It was the worst experience I have had in a long time. As an aside, the salesman promised free oil changes for those who were waiting for so long and I never saw him come back into the room. The woman who was there an hour before me was still waiting when I left. Incredible. None of the people gave me there name so I don't know who was involved. The person who refused to clean the battery terminal as a courtesy was female. More

They had clean restrooms and nicely stocked snacks and bottled water, fresh coffee with all the essentials, free Wifi. More

Horrible went in cause had a blown fuse my insurance said they would cover it just get a diagnostic and have nissan call us before they do anything once i they went in cause had a blown fuse my insurance said they would cover it just get a diagnostic and have nissan call us before they do anything once i they finshed diagnostics insurance said they were not coverin it cause it was a blown fuse but instead of nissan callin me confirming i had money to pay for it they just went on did all work then called sayin i owe 70 dollars or i can not get my car back this is bs cause i didnt expect to pay anything cause if i did i wouldve put it off cause i didnt have money for it atm so you guys need better customer service communication More
