State College Ford Lincoln

I purchased my Lincoln there - and it was a wonderful experience across the board. My sales person was Roger - and he was about as relaxed-and-no-pressure as you can get, and was exceptional to work with experience across the board. Car dealership service areas can be stressful, chaotic and NOT pleasant (speaking from experience). Not so at State College Ford/Lincoln. The vibe is TOTALLY different there. I'm not saying they don't get stressed or it doesn't get chaotic, but to us customers, it's really calm there. They are very communicative and I never feel like I'm in the dark about what's going on. Brian and his team of services advisors are excellent. I'm very happy to be a customer of State College Ford/Lincoln. More

Worst car buying experience of our lives! Absolutely terrible. Bought a brand new Navigator and drove it 50 miles to find out it hand a cracked oil pan that the dealership never checked. The service manager was unprofessional, rude, and ignorant to us. The dealership provided us with a loaner that was dirty and had the check engine light on and a low oil pressure alarm that continuously went off. We were told to ignore the alarm and check engine light that it was okay to drive. I guess that should have been the first clue to the integrity of the service department and dealership as a whole. Who runs a business that way? More
