Terrible Experience In Dallas this week from out of town. My wife and I walked into the building and there was a guy and girl talking at the front desk. Both employees. Looked at a Lambo not 20 feet away from the desk. Neither said a word to us. You might expect this kind of pretentious behavior if someone rolled up in a busted up beater but we actually pulled up in a new Range Rover. We acually came down to Dallas from Springfield, MO to view a custom Jeep known as Bandit. We were also interested in other foreign sports cars hence the Lambo we were looking at. Decided maybe somehow they didn't see us. Went into the showroom which is a warehouse. Walked by several offices on our way into the showroom with guys that obviously work at Starwood and not one of them looked our way. Got into the showroom and saw a guy with headphones so I asked him where Bandit was. He said i don't know it's usually parked outside. Maybe it's next door getting worked on. Ok. Well no one else ever showed up to help us and the guy in the showroom obviously wasn't that interested in trying to find out where Bandit was so i guess I will try to find one somewhere else. Incredible noone ever even tried to earn my business here. Oh well I guess Starwood motors has all they can handle. Will gladly take my $$$ elsewhere. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. More

I used the chat option to avoid any hassles and they were responsive, warm and willing to work with me. I wanted to have the car go thru a buyers inspection and had already booked a time with the dealership. Their facilities are impressive with the best luxury vehicles. I got serious eye candy while there with all the vehicles!!! Going forward Starwood Motors will be my go-to place for my next purchases. More

These guys produce the best jeep conversion in the country, with great attention to detail. Second, the car-buying experience was outstanding. Isaiah Bock was extremely pleasant, responsive to calls and questions, low-pressure and compromising. And after the sale, he helped me resolve a small issue with the car. When I arrived to pick up the car, the paperwork was ready and only took 5 minutes to complete. These guys are very well organized and respectful of the customer's time.
