Stephen Rosenkrantz made the purchasing process the best I have ever had (I have bought at least 15 cars over the years - so this is certainly saying something!). Stephen was extremely professional, friendly and an absolute pleasure to work with. He stayed late to meet with my wife and I, talked through several options and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable with the decision we were making - even made me test drive all the vehicles we were comparing as HE "wanted to make sure WE made the best decision for us not for him". Not once did he get salesy or try to pull any of that backroom financing crap you tend to deal with at other dealerships, was very fair in his trade in offer and on the negotiation on the pricing of the new vehicle. My wife is still talking about how great the experience was, also! The dealership itself is extremely clean and well maintained. The staff does a great job with keeping the cars ready to sell and easy to view. Even with the level of cars they offer they were extremely kid friendly with my boys who were excited to just sit in some of the higher end cars. I am sure I will purchase cars from Stephen and Starwood in the future - soley based on this purchasing experience with Stephen. He has earned and won our future business. He should be considered a valuable asset to the Starwood family. More

Several months ago I visited Starwood Motorcars to look at some Jeeps I saw online. I walked in and met Scott Wilde. He spent an hour with me and showed me their inventory and the process they use to custo at some Jeeps I saw online. I walked in and met Scott Wilde. He spent an hour with me and showed me their inventory and the process they use to customize their Jeeps. Over the next six weeks, I visited their showroom three tmes, unannounced, and Scott spent time with me each answering my questions and educating me ont he lift kits and what they do with these Jeeps. Three weeks ago, I took my wife and son by to see the Jeep I was interested it. Starwood was busy moving into their new showroom ( I think it is 65,00 sq feet-gorgeous). Most guys would have tired of someone dropping by four times but Scott took my wife and son on the same tour explaining the process to them. At that visit, my wife and son fell in love with a black/red Jeep with Daytona seats. Scott let us take the Jeep home to make sure it would fit in our garage. This particular Jeep had a light bar on it that made it two inches too tall. We returned the Jeep and the next week I called Scott to ask about building one for us exactly like the one we brough home- except for the light bar. It was probably one of the easiest car purchases I have ever done ( I have owned 6 Ferraris, Bentley,Porsches...). Scott had the Jeep ready for us in the promised 3 weeks and we could not be happier. Scott is very knowledgeable and a great guy to work with. I am already cosidering trading one of my cars in on a Maserati they have in stock. Dr. John Gober More

Great to work with! I spoke with Stephen over the phone and we worked out a deal prior to my arrival. We were coming from about 300 miles away and Stephen stayed after hours until we arrived. On a Monday I called about a Porsche Boxster which Starwood had listed on the Internet. I called him many times asking questions about it because I had never spent that kind of money on a car which I had never seen or drove. Stephen gave me his interpretation of the car and I was very much impressed when the car arrived and I found that it was in better condition then he described. There was no let down, no hype and no B.S for me to sort through. I live in Beaumont Texas and I was unable to drive to Dallas for a test drive or even to pick it up. Stephen arranged for the car to be delivered to the front door of my house at a very very reasonable delivery fee. The deal went so smooth and by Thursday evening I was driving the car. Its been a few weeks since I've had the car and I am still very impressed by the courtesy I was given by Stephen and this dealership. I would not think twice about picking up the phone and buying another car sight un-seen from Stephen. Thanks for your honestly and professionalism. Just another note, I had called several times since I bought the car to ask some additional questions about it. Guess what,,, They still treated me the same helpful way as i was treated before I bought the car.. Not many dealerships like that anymore.. More

Really good pure internet transaction. Scott was very helpful and great about my 1001 questions and concerns. Really good after the sale support in getting things taken care of. My ONly criticism is that basic items were missing- the key for the wheel locks, paperwork, etc., and I had to make a number of calls to get these taken care of. But Scott got on top of them all, in a helpful and effective way. Coordination will improve over time, I'm certain. Would recommend Starwood to anyone.Very, very good product and support. The Custom Jeep options are fantastic- I've gotten more compliments on this than on a new 911!! Outstanding! More
