I found the truck I ended up purchasing on Car Gurus. The 2010 Ford F250 was listed by Starwood Motors in Dallas Texas. Since I live in Oklahoma City, I knew I would have to rely on the pics posted by the de 2010 Ford F250 was listed by Starwood Motors in Dallas Texas. Since I live in Oklahoma City, I knew I would have to rely on the pics posted by the dealership, and the integrity of the sales person to keep from making an unnecessary trip to Dallas. I spoke with Stephen Rosencrantz via cell and text. We went back and forth numerous times all day long, and into the next. Stephen was always very prompt with a response and never seemed put out about running out an snapping a couple pics of particulars I wanted on the truck. The dealership gave me a fair price on my current truck, and as far as I was concerned I was ready to deal. I had a couple options on my financing, but ended up doing my business at my local bank in Oklahoma simply because they could give me a little better rate. I loaded up and drove to Dallas the morning of July 3th. I decided I would wear a pair of shorts and t shirt because of the length of the drive and temperature. Looking at the high end inventory Starwood had online made me a little nervous about appearing a little too xxxxxxx in the shorts, but I wore them anyway. I found the dealership easily, and was met at the door by a very courteous young lady who offered me a drink and snack. She called Mr. Rosencrantz and he appeared a few moments later, wearing a pair of shorts and button down shirt ! Awesome. Stephen walked me out into the showroom and allowed me to look over all the "dream cars" they had in their inventory. I found Stephen very easy to talk with and very knowledgeable about not only the truck I was purchasing, but any of the cars I pointed to and asked about. He had a porter pull out my truck and I was allowed to examine it inside and out. Once we were back inside the dealership, I was introduced to Finance guy Brian Benjamin. Brian was a very friendly guy who had all the papers and documents all typed up an ready to go. We spoke casually for a few moments, signed a couple papers and I was done in about 10 minutes. My overall experience with Starwood Motors couldn't have been any better. I have absolutely no complaints or negatives to say about the dealership or personnel. I'm happy with my purchase and wouldn't hesitate to deal with them again in the future. As a guy who's purchased numerous vehicles over my 51 years on this earth, I have to rate this experience as probably the best overall. My 23 year old daughter is now looking at the inventory online. I worked with Stephen R. about two months ago on a certain Jeep that the wife said I was not allowed to get. Stephen was straight up honest with me about the minor scratches which he had fixed correctly. I had doubts about buying a Jeep or vehicle that I've never laid eyes on or drove but Stephen reassured me that it was great and drove like a dream. I flew in from work on a Monday and the Jeep was delivered to me that evening. Was a little stressful doing the finances and what not over the phone from North Dakota but we got it done. I would highly recommend Stephen Rosenkrantz to anyone who wants to shop at Starwood. Dude is jam up and on top of his game. More
