At that time, I was advised there was a problem with the navigation but they would do what they could to remedy the problem. It took some time, but with almost daily updates, I knew Stephen was on top of it! He was very diligent in making sure every possible solution was tried! While waiting for a part to come in from Sweden, I picked up the car with the agreement I would bring it back after the part came in. When I brought it back, they did everything they said they would and more including whisking us away to the mall while they installed the part. Today, I have a vehicle that I love...with working navigation! Brian Benjamin, the finance guy, was great as well! He worked with my Oklahoma credit union and emailed the papers for my husband to sign as he was not able to come with me to pick up the car. Actually, the entire staff that I had contact with was awesome! I felt very comfortable with Stephen and that he truly had my best interests at heart!
