Over all, my experience at this dealership was excellent. Even though I was purchasing one of the least expensive trucks on the lot, they treated me as if I was buying a $150,000 Maserati. As a car enthusiast and collector, I had lots of questions and put Kevin through his paces and he was kind, encouraging, thoughtful, detail oriented, and fast getting back to me. He described the car accurately and I will now trust his detailed eyes more for future business dealings with him. When the car arrived, it looked better in person than even the highly detailed gorgeous hi-res pictures they had taken. Everything went exactly like he said it would with no surprises whatsoever. He made all of the shipping/transport arrangements and the car was delivered wrapped in a light plastic covering so as to not even get it dusty. This makes a huge difference in how the can presents the first time you see it. I have had cars arrive dirty and dusty from the transporter...not this one...it arrived as perfect as the pictures looked. Even on his days off and Sundays, he took the time to call me and answer my questions concerning this big purchase. When I scheduled the PPI (third party inspection) of the vehicle, he made all of the arrangements for me and it was smooth and perfect. I simply can't say enough great things about Kevin Hampton and the staff at Starwood Motors. As soon as they get a low mileage Ferrari 599 12 cylinder, I will do business with them again!
