We first inquired about the vehicle at 7:00 p.m. on a Tuesday night to which Brian quickly responded and answered all of my questions and concerns. The very next day Brian personally drove the Tahoe over halfway around 5:20 p.m so we could sign the papers. We met at a local restaurant where we were also introduced to his lovely wife and the atmosphere was very pleasant and comfortable. Nothing uptight and pressured here. Now that's customer service. Everything was ready and prepared. The papers were signed within 20 mins. We exchanged keys and he drove back in our older trade-in and just like that, to my amazement, within 24 hours we had a beautiful like new 2014 Chevy Tahoe. Completely painless. No waiting, No pressure, No headaches and NO REGRETS. We will certainly buy from Starwood again and would recommend this company to anyone.
