After purchasing the car and getting back to my home (an hour from the dealership) we noticed that the wind guard was broken and wouldn't correctly perform it's task. After some discussion with Gordon and not wanting to drive two hours for them to look at it I had decided that I would have to replace it myself. Imagine my surprise when a brand new wind guard was delivered on my doorstep within a few days. Kudos to the gang at Starwood and think twice before buying anyplace else. More

Great Service, before and AFTER signing the contract I did a lot of research to find the "right" vehicle--model, year, mileage, price, etc. Starwood was the second dealer I saw that day, with almost ide I did a lot of research to find the "right" vehicle--model, year, mileage, price, etc. Starwood was the second dealer I saw that day, with almost identical cars. Tatiana met my wife and I at the door, was very friendly, and in short order ensured that a sales representative--Justin Wilcher--took us to view the car we had in mind. Justin never pressured either of us, and was up front about Starwood's approach to selling a vehicle (flexible but no haggling/back and forth). He was professional and personable, and would recommend him to anyone looking to make a purchase at Starwood. The speed with which they obtained financing, and was able to finish the entire process, was impressive. However, what was most impressive is what happened AFTER I had signed the purchase agreement. First, as I was driving out of the dealership floor, Just and I both noticed a chip in the windshield we hadn't notice before. Starwood uses a car detailing place, and recommended I go there, as they would be able to "fix" the chip for very little money, Starwood used them consistently, and Starwood's own "chip" guy wasn't available. Unfortunately, the guy fixing my chip ended up cracking the entire windshield a mere hour after I drove off the dealership's floor! When the manager at this establishment refused to pay for the windshield to be replaced, Justin spoke to the manager directly on my behalf to see if he'd reconsider, particularly in light of their longstanding professional relationship. Starwood management called the manager a second time, and when the manager at this detailing place still refused, Justin and Starwood management told me to bring the car back when I was back in Dallas on other business, and they would replace the windshield at no cost. THAT'S SERVICE! Second, when I called my insurance company to have our new car added to our policy, our company asked why we didn't use them to finance the purchase, as they could beat the rate I got from the financing company. When I mentioned this to John Tatum in Starwood's finance department, he took it upon himself to contact the lending company and see if they'd match what our insurance company said they could do. The lending company did so a few hours later. These folks at Starwood didn't have to do either of these things, but did, and for their loyalty and service I'll be recommending anyone looking to buy a vehicle to see what Justin and Starwood Motors can do! More

Horrible customer service and complete lack of follow up. I was inquiring about an older Corvette for sale, and had just an awful experience working with Benny. I was looking to trade in a vehicle, and had to send him the same VIN # literally 3 times before he finally realized that he was reading it incorrectly. We then inquired about financing the vehicle through the lenders at Starwood. I worked with Clint in the finance department, and was told on Friday early afternoon that I would get a call back by the end of the day with the information. I never received a call back, and no one returned my phone call or email that I left on Saturday either. On Monday morning, I emailed Benny again asking what the status was- and the only reply I received was "the car has sold". On several occasions I found that I myself had to be the one proactively following up on the situation, which shouldn't have been the case. In any sales position, customer service is paramount. Unfortunately, I did not at all get a good customer service experience here. More
