Also helps that Stephen is a Porsche expert. Since I was purchasing sight unseen, Stephen patiently answered a number of questions and took additional photos for me. All of this service for what was probably one of the cheapest cars on their lot. Highly recommended. More

He was very professional, friendly and attentive even though I wasn't dressed particularly well and was inquiring about the highest priced car in their inventory. We narrowed out search down to 3 then 2 then 1. Then we still went back and forth deciding and once we finally did we put down the deposit. I have never had a better car buying experience it a more patient and friendly salesperson who worked at my pace and truly did not care how long it took or even if we wanted to take some time to consider the purchase. I was so comfortable with the process from emailing him from Atlanta 9 months prior to flying out that at the end of the day I bought the car and can't wait for it to be delivered. Many like it, but one of a kind. I recently purchased a 2013 Custom Jeep Wrangler. I was in search for a unique Jeep for approximately a year and a half. After finding Starwood Motors I recently purchased a 2013 Custom Jeep Wrangler. I was in search for a unique Jeep for approximately a year and a half. After finding Starwood Motors and browsing their jeeps for months, I decided to send an Email to begin inquiring a purchase. I received a prompt email response from Gordon. The other local Jeep dealers I was also inquiring with also responding somewhat quickly. Although their responses felt pressured. When I didn't respond immediately the phone calls began. This seems typical with most Auto dealers which is why I was dreading the entire jeep purchasing process. With Starwood and Gordon I didn't get the feeling of being pressured to purchase. I asked questions and got correct and timely responses. I was impressed by this and it honestly made the entire experience pleasant. When I decided which Jeep I wanted, I notified Gordon. I traded in a 2007 FJ Cruiser and got a reasonable amount for my vehicle. The paperwork/finance/warranty and all the other typical things associated with buying a vehicle was quick and non-stressful. During the vehicle transport time, as I live in Illinois and Starwood is in Texas. There was some minor complications due to my work schedule. Tatiana took care of scheduling the delivery around my needs and she did her job flawlessly. She also appeared to be very compassionate about making sure I received the new Jeep in a timely manner. The Jeep itself is hard to describe as it was like nothing I had actually seen before. The quality of the work that went into the vehicle was impressive to say the least. Pictures really do not serve justice to what is sitting in my driveway. I was very happy with the price of the vehicle also. Initially I priced out a new Wrangler and added up the cost of all the extras and having the vehicle professionally coated with a similar product to the Kevlar coating. The price was extremely competitive and may have actually cost more to do it myself. All in all I'm extremely happy. Gordon and Tatiana took great care of me. Although it is many states away, I will be using them again in the future. More

From the time I walked in I was greeted with excellent care and assistance from Stephen Rosenkrantz. He helped me pick out the perfect jeep for me. He was very knowledgable of all of the Jeeps that were in stock, and quickly answered all of the questions I had. During the purchase process he even drove out to my home, which is close to an hour from the showroom, just so my wife could sign the paperwork and not have to worry about driving there with our two year old son. I am amazed by the amount of assistance the Starwood employees have to offer. Not to mention they have a great selection of awesome Jeeps. I would highly recommend Starwood motors to anyone in the market for a custom Jeep or any of the other spectacular vehicles they have for sale.
