I purchased a Subaru Crosstrek 2022 2 weeks ago. Don was very helpful in sharing the vehicle's history in detail. He worked with me in giving a discount for my later purchase of a 2nd key. I had asked for an owner's manual which the dealer did not have on site. Don said he would have one mailed to my home. I had forgotten about this request. The manual came in the post yesterday! Don was very thorough, went the extra mile, above and beyond the normal service esp. from a used car business. Went to go look at a Chevy they had available. Was going there with intention to buy. Once we got there there was another couple looking at another car, talking to the one sales guy they had avail Was going there with intention to buy. We weren't acknowledged at all, even with a hello... once we found the car, it looked to as it was being sold as "as is" the protective piece that keeps the windshield in place, was missing as well as a side panel by the mirror on the driver's side. They didn't looked like they cared to much about their cars or customers, so we just left. Definitely make sure you check over EVERYTHING before purchasing from this lot. I will take my business elsewhere. More
