We got matched with Brooke at Starr Motors through a third party who was helping us find the best dealer for us to work with. We were looking to build new Jeep Wrangler Rubicon, and Brooke was able to third party who was helping us find the best dealer for us to work with. We were looking to build new Jeep Wrangler Rubicon, and Brooke was able to provide us with the best deal out of dozens of dealers contacted. She communicated with us throughout the process, from order to delivery, and made sure we understood everything along the way. When the Jeep was finally delivered to the dealer, she made sure everything was in place for the day we drove down from Maryland to pick up the car. It took us about an hour to complete everything, and a lot of that time was spent in friendly conversation with her and others at the dealership. Everyone at Starr was just wonderful, and treated our kids like their own when we were off signing paperwork. I would absolutely recommend Starr Motors for anyone looking to buy a new car, and we'll definitely come back when we're ready to get another one! My only regret is that we don't live close enough to use them reguarly for service and support! More

Due to the EXCELLENT service we have gotten over the years from the Service Department we wanted to get our next Jeep from Starr Motors. It was my pleasure to have talked to and later go to Chris Kob years from the Service Department we wanted to get our next Jeep from Starr Motors. It was my pleasure to have talked to and later go to Chris Kobal who sold us a 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I was impressed with Chris from the start. We had talked about ordering one from Jeep but then saw that the dealership had the subject vehicle on it’s way to Starr. Talking with Chris decided to go ahead and buy it. Chris was an INTEGRAL PART of that decision. Nice guy, very personable, very knowledgeable and a fellow VETERAN. The whole process was easy, pleasant and pretty fast. This is directly to to Chris laying down all the ground work prior to coming down to purchase the Jeep. In fact, the whole sales department and financing was excellent just as the Service department is. Recently purchased third car from Starr motors. Not pleased in fairness we were taken advantage of by our own car buying rookie mistakes. First ensure you know exactly what your credit situation is goi pleased in fairness we were taken advantage of by our own car buying rookie mistakes. First ensure you know exactly what your credit situation is going in the door.. If they check your credit and it’s not great expect to get letters from various banks for months after you either purchase or not as u will be told they know exactly what banks will take u.. Not so also CHECK the car fax on the vehicle upfront you may just want to know if the vehicle you are getting if used..CPO…or not was one of their rental vehicles in a past life! It does affect value when you go to sell in the future…They won’t mention it was a rental vehicle until you are 85% into the sale and initialing the car fax documents. Hint this is still your opportunity to turn back… Ensure you do get EVERY single piece of paper you sign on the spot not later on…papers will end up with your full name signature in the “back room” so buyer beware! Once we cooled off from purchase we went back and in fairness one of the (bosses) fixed the trickery with no issues:) guess he knew where I was going with that.. must have been there before….and we took away the service contract to do oil changes and tire rotations due to the fact we did not appreciate the false signatures post sale! We only noticed that happened after insisting on copies of ALL paperwork signed had a funny feeling about it post sale..Know they will certainly at least attempt to resell the vehicle you trade for a minimum of 5-7k more than the amount traded for…read between the lines on that piece. Not sure if they operate on the new side like this but you should “assume” so for your own piece of mind and financial safety. Car is good so far so that’s a good thing. Not a good feeling when you purchase a third vehicle from them and feel uneased in general about it. Not going to mention names of those I dealt with as I don’t believe they are bad people as such just looking at it as they are caught up in the “game” My ownership to this fiasco is I was truly at the end of the day my own victim as I have purchased many cars in the past and have gotten to know all the tricks however the passion of buying another car got me LOL and I got played in the process so yup my bad! Glad I wasn’t buying a house from them (smile) Gotta own it.. Finally don’t get caught up in any good local guys family hype! They are car dealers like any other profit is the BOTTOM line not your happiness or customer loyalty keep that in mind and with that as always BUYER BEWARE very aware. 3X purchaser and truly the last time enough of my hard earned dollars spent!
