I went for oil change and tire rotation..Now my steering vibrates severely. I'm from out-of-state and cannot go back to fix this issue. Maybe the technician should test drive a vehicle to check for this.. A vibrates severely. I'm from out-of-state and cannot go back to fix this issue. My tire pressure light came on as I was driving by the Ron Norris Honda dealership. I walked in and after explaining this to Jason behind the counter, he asked Tech Sam to check it out. Both gentlemen were very prompt, professional and a great asset to your company. Thanks guys for helping even to the "out of staters"! Much appreciated!! More
Awesome costumer service Eric, from the service center is awesome! He goes above and beyond to take care of his costumers. We were completely satisfied with our vehicle inspec Eric, from the service center is awesome! He goes above and beyond to take care of his costumers. We were completely satisfied with our vehicle inspection that he performed and just recently I was in a jam with a locked lug nut on a flat tire and no key to get it off, and he sent someone to my house to help me out. The Honda service center will forever be our go too. More
Tire Road Hazard Service I brought our 2013 Honda CRV in this morning because one of the tires had a slow leak due to a nail that we'd picked up. The lady that was at the serv I brought our 2013 Honda CRV in this morning because one of the tires had a slow leak due to a nail that we'd picked up. The lady that was at the service desk was relatively snippy and told me that I'd need to leave our car with her for the whole day or make an appointment for Monday. She kept telling me that they were understaffed and couldn't take care of the tire right then. Mind you I know that it takes about 20 minutes to plug a tire. I asked her if we could make an appointment for later in the day and I could bring it back then. The answer remained that I'd have to leave the car with them until they got around to it. I'm mainly writing this to commend the young tech that ended up taking care of the tire for us.I believe that his name was Steve. Seeing that I was becoming upset and that I wasn't getting anywhere with the service desk lady he asked me if we'd mind waiting about 30 minutes. His professionalism and great customer care needs to be recognized. He took my keys from me and within 20 minutes came back to me to tell me that he'd fixed the tire and that we were ready to go. I really appreciate the fact that he was able to get outside of the box and solve our problem for us. Kudos Steve!!! I will return for service in the future, hopefully I can bypass the service lady. HORRIBLE COMPLETELY blown away by this dealership.Needed some warranty work completed on my truck due to a power steering FAILURE. Dealship blamed my lift and COMPLETELY blown away by this dealership.Needed some warranty work completed on my truck due to a power steering FAILURE. Dealship blamed my lift and tires then wanted to charge me 2200 dollars to fix it. Thank god rough county stands by there products and customers. I will never buy another GM product because of this dealership. I would recommend anyone go to them. Best part is I asked for a full report of how and why it was related to my lift In a written statement and I basically got a run around story on paper. Do not expect professionalism or quality customer service. More
The first time I had a problem with Ron Norris Service was when I took my daughter's 2000 CRV in for a loud rattle going over large bumps like speed bumps. The service department said that the problem wa was when I took my daughter's 2000 CRV in for a loud rattle going over large bumps like speed bumps. The service department said that the problem was in the steering rack which would need replacing. Over $1000 to fix. I asked if it was a safety hazard and they said no so I put it off. I have my own factory manuals and tied in to service bulletins so I did some homework and found that the very specific complaint was on a service bulletin where the rubber mounts fail in the REAR of the car. It was easy enough for me to crawl under the car and I could see that the rubber was split. They simply preferred to charge me a grand and replace the rack while not fixing the problem at all as apposed to dealing, in my behalf, with Honda of America to cover the repair. The second time I was just recently when I was informed by Discount Tire that I had an alignment problem with my rear wheels on my 2007 Civic EX. I took it in to Ron Norris to see what they would say. I know that this was a service bulletin issue before I went in because my wife's 2007 Civic had already had the repair done before we had bought it. They made no offer to work with me to cover even the parts. They wanted $46 just to put it on the rack and check it. Not only that they wanted to put in homemade links not the factory new links. I had never heard of that from a dealer. The service tech was trying to convince me that he was saving me money. I was looking at over $500 repair. I told them that I was going to check with Holler Honda before I would commit. So on the way home I called Holler parts department to see if they stocked the kit that was required or could get it. He not only found the kit in the computer but voluntarily went to the service manager on my behalf to explain my situation. He came back and said that the service manager would plead with Honda America to cover the repairs and then apologized that they could not cover the cost of the tires. I was not asking for that. I drove straight over there to Holler on 436 and they bent over backwards to accommodate me. They did the whole repair with the factory kit and did not charge me for anything. I was even willing to pay for the re alignment but no they covered that too. What a contrast. Now the kicker is that I wrote a personal letter, not an email, to Ron Norris explaining the quality of service that I received and how I was treated so differently at Holler. It has been over two months since I sent the letter and I have yet to receive any kind of response. How disappointing. If you are buying a car there they are probably all right. I have not done that, but I will never ask them to perform any more service on any of my Hondas which I have several. More
