I hope Ford puts in a better dealership then this one “STARLING IS THE WORST EVER “. Don’t go there go any where but there. Called insurance co here in town and there cooperate to tell them do not refer anymore car issues to Starling ford because people will never get issues fixed . More
This dealership won my business through their exceptional service (Crystal) and workmanship on my previous Ford vehicle. I was the first Starling customer to order a new F250. Was treated very well at that time , unfortunately all the people I met were gone by the time my new truck came in. I understand new ownership and people leave for a variety of reasons, I can only hope you work to keep qualified people. I have been a Ford line mechanic for 10 years and am a loyal Ford owner. After my terrible experience at gary yeoman's palm bay ford where they tried to sell me a lemon buyback 2019 used mustang gt with 3k miles with a sticker price of 43735 for 45999 claiming a 4k discount on ford where they tried to sell me a lemon buyback 2019 used mustang gt with 3k miles with a sticker price of 43735 for 45999 claiming a 4k discount on msrp without disclosing that it was a lemon. I inquired at Ron Norris to see if they were willing to work with my co-signer and i ( he's a retired american citizen living overseas so not the easiest of things but palm bay ford had already approved us so Sean at Ron Norris said he didn't see why they couldn't work with us. Well these guys are a true dealership. They had a NEW 2020 model Mustang GT on their lot with a sticker price of 44655. It had a $6016 discount on it because its not a 2021 model. So instead of overcharging me on a used car and not disclosing it was a lemon buyback. They Sold me a brand new car at 6k under MSRP. Which in the current times where everything is marked up and dealers dont have any mustang gts on their lot. is unheard off. They will sure have my family and i's return business More

I was driving from Jupiter Florida to Ashville North Carolina, with my mother and daughter. We also had two large dogs along for the ride. As we approached Titusville I noticed there was something wr Carolina, with my mother and daughter. We also had two large dogs along for the ride. As we approached Titusville I noticed there was something wrong with our oil pressure gauge. It was simple amazing luck that we happened into Ron Norris Ford. We pulled into their dealership around 11:30. I was greeted by a very friendly and helpful gentleman who said they would do their best to get us into service. Since we were three women and a couple of dogs in obvious need of assistance and no where else to go...this is a situation which could easily have been exploited. From the minute we walked in I felt comfortable that we would have honest and qualified service. The waiting room was pristinely clean and comfortable. We were even allowed to bring the dogs in with us. Most of the staff came over to chat and pet the dogs! We were kept informed as to what might possibly be causing the issue with the car. They worked on the car and made just the required repairs. We were back on the road about 2:30 with a very small bill for work performed. I cannot say enough about the service crew from Ron Norris! They even called to follow up on the repair a few days later. I am so grateful that we were lucky enough to stop here. Thank you to the whole staff! More
I had a problem with my Ford Fusion Energi navigation system and the radio and brought the car into Morris Ford to have it checked. It was under warranty. The service manager on duty said that they couldn't work on the car for at least a week and suggested I go to another dealer for the repair. I drove the extra 10 miles to a second Ford dealer and they said they thought the computer needed to be reprogrammed and that they would check and fix and call me when it was ready. Early the next day they called and said they fixed the computer and that the car was ready - no charge- all under the warranty. Is there a rating lower than 1?!? More
