I tried calling ahead and I even left a message for someone to call me back ( which never happened) to get my car serviced before heading out on a long road trip. On my third day of calling in a row, I someone to call me back ( which never happened) to get my car serviced before heading out on a long road trip. On my third day of calling in a row, I finally had someone pick up the phone, but they said my best option would be to come in as a walk-in the next day. I did so and my service person was changed on me twice while waiting in my car. I then requested to be paired with Andrew as my service person because he is known for ALWAYS providing exceptional customer service while communicating frequently with updates on what is taking place. Once again he delivered as I expected, and even though I waited over 5 hours due to being a walk-in customer. He communicated every step of the way and even apologized even though the wait was out of his control. I appreciated his empathy and honesty in the matter. I am also thankful for the Chevrolet team that worked on my vehicle to make sure my vehicle was in good standing to take on the traveling we had ahead. I fell in love with this dealership 4 years because of the mind blowing customer service along the way starting with Dayan( in sales), Ron, Paul, and Andrew ( in services), and Jeffrey (in parts). Those individuals know how to make customers feel at home and treat customers like we are apart of their Chevrolet family instead of walking dollar signs to move in and out the door. I am a believer and many of the employees I encounter remind me of this scripture that comes from Colossians 3:23-24 which says: "Don't just do the minimum that will get you by. Do your best. Work from the heart for your real Master, for God, confident that you'll get paid in full when you come into your inheritance". Thank you from the bottom of my heart, and continue to be the ones to leave customers with great memorable impressions. More
The service department is phenomenal: Ron cella the head of it makes sure all his employees are on the same page. The service department has deteriorated over the years they took the hubcap of my escalade and never replace one and I reported it and nothing.
