Although the experience started out positive, the dealer messed up on the title transfer paperwork they send to NC DMV causing me HOURS of phone calls to the DMV and four visits to the NC License Plate agen messed up on the title transfer paperwork they send to NC DMV causing me HOURS of phone calls to the DMV and four visits to the NC License Plate agency, only to find out the dealer had created three different versions of the Title Transfer documentation as they attempted to cover their mistake. I don't trust the dealership. More

Several staff members offered me refreshments and the sales area was very clean and well-organized. Any questions I had were promptly answered and I never felt like I was a burden. The vehicle arrived quicker than I anticipated and even included some last minute changes I wasn't sure would work out. My sales rep, Justin, was very patient and understanding. Finance was able to offer a lower interest rate than the bank I originally intended to work with so that was awesome. I had a great experience with Starling and look forward to doing business with them again in the future! More
