The service rep told me when my car was towed in that it would be a couple of days till they got to it .Three days later it was ready . The text link that tells you the status of the car was very helpful. My one complaint was that the dealership didn’t have any towing available or at least a tow company to recommend. My car broke down less than a mile from the dealership and it took me 3 hours to get a tow . More
