I had a great experience at Starling! I purchased a new vehicle and the entire process was smooth and easy. My 2023 Silverado had a bad fuel pump module. I was camping in the area, far away from my home dealership. When I called my dealership, they were not very helpful. I looked up the closest dealership to my location, which was Starling. They were amazing. The RECEPTIONIST (I think her name was Mary or Amy) was so informative, kind, and helpful. I was stressed out and she calmed me right down. My service rep, Shane was also helpful and responsive. Even my shuttle driver, Michael, was great and responsive. I would highly recommend this dealership if you're far away from home, in a bind, and need assistance! Can't thank them enough for their help and kindness! More

The whole service experience seemed to be more over the top than necessary. I didn't need a valet to come get my vehicle and take me to the service advisor and then give me a small cake after the service w top than necessary.
