I hate shopping for cars being a woman I feel like I am a target for salesman to try and force me into a sale. But coming to Mt Pleasant Chevrolet has certainly changed all of that. I would highly recommen target for salesman to try and force me into a sale. But coming to Mt Pleasant Chevrolet has certainly changed all of that. I would highly recommend this dealership to any of my friends especially my salesman Bobby Wilson. I must say he really listen to my needs and concerns and really guided. He REALLY listened. I had the pleasure of finding Mount Pleasant. I chose it initially because I called around and they were so nice, encouraging, and willing to help. I called for directions while in route and one employee ev initially because I called around and they were so nice, encouraging, and willing to help. I called for directions while in route and one employee even checked in to see that I made it. Billy, the service man who checked me in went above and beyond what I was expecting. Jim, the shuttle driver, made me feel like family and was so nice and courteous to me and my son. I usually do not necessarily like having to take my car in for service. I actually look forward to the next time. It was clean, quick, thorough, respectful, and just all around pleasant. I will return to Mount Pleasant Chevy for all my car needs. More

My daughter totaled her car and we needed a dependable replacement at a price we could afford. Joe and Nick went out of their way to find a car for us. Just as we were about to give up, Joe showed us one replacement at a price we could afford. Joe and Nick went out of their way to find a car for us. Just as we were about to give up, Joe showed us one last car, and a great price. Not pushy but interested in finding you what you need. They fixed a few minor things we found and fixed my Hummer steerling wheel that was worked on by the previous dealership while we waited. They are expanding which will be great to increase their inventory. Overall a very pleasant experience. More

As I arrived to the dealership, the sales consultant, Norman had the vehicle parked in front of the entrance. About 30 minutes prior, I just sent in a request to receive more information about the vehicl Norman had the vehicle parked in front of the entrance. About 30 minutes prior, I just sent in a request to receive more information about the vehicle. Mount Pleasant Chevrolet was the first dealership to contact me. Once I got there, we went on a test drive for about 10 minutes I think. When we returned, I told him that I really liked the vehicle and was interested in hearing more. Filled out the necessary paperwork to begin the process to discuss numbers for the vehicle. After about 1 hour and a half, a deal was completed. Overall, I truly enjoyed the experience. The personal sales consultants and a pleasant environment made this process very easy. I have been to other dealerships in the area, at most of them the environment was uncomfortable. The salesmen treated me like a sale, not a customer. Mount Pleasant Chevrolet sales consultants are fantastically in customer service. They all was very pleasant to speak with and had patience. I worked in some of the best customer service companies in the world and I understand what it takes to be very successful working in a customer service position. These guys are trained perfectly to be a successful company that serves their customers first before you sale it to them. I also love the fact that most of the sales consultants are military veterans. I highly support companies that support our veterans. All these men are great people. I will highly recommend this dealership to anyone. More
