Thanks to Wayne who did a great job getting all the work done on my Impala and having it back to me by Christmas eve. Thanks to the mechanic for working on my car, the car runs like almost new. Numerous appointments have been made to repair/replace a headrest. (3rd row) in my vehicle.. Continued lack of communication between the service department and myself still exists.
