Matt was patient and asked intelligent questions to determine my needs for a new vehicle. My particular problems involve my size, 6'5" 370 pounds, and handicapped in that I experience hip problems and limited movement. HE spend about 4 1/2 hours with me as I narrowed down my choices and ultimately purchased a used 2019 Silverado LD. I didn't experience any "buyer's remorse" after the purchase and I was even more pleased with the Silverado after driving home after a tedious visit at the dealer (Starling Chevy). This was my 2nd visit to Starling, the first was about 3 years earlier when I test-drove a pickup truck but didn't purchase at that time. I strongly recommend if you visit Starling to ask for Matt Schaeffer. More
Sleazy Dealership I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. They lowball you terribly with the trade in value of your car by several thousands of dollars and pus I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. They lowball you terribly with the trade in value of your car by several thousands of dollars and push you into their service agreement which is a scam. The company they use has a history of not paying claims and their policy is overpriced compared to the plans you can buy directly from the dealership of the model of car you have. They waste your time and don't care how long it takes to do anything. While I was waiting for them to complete paperwork I was watching the employees goofing off, watching inappropriate videos in public and just sitting around. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE!!!! More

Service department might want to change their name. Went to the service department to get an electrical problem checked out. They called on the 2nd day to say it was one of the batteries. Service guy said ok, have it ready for pickup in an hour. I didn't get there until the next day during my lunch from work, to find out that they never fixed the truck. So to make a long story short I had to wait about an hour to get it done. Loosing money because I should have been AT WORK. So the service department should be called the NO service department. At least give me a coupon for an oil change or something for wasting my time.....nothing Wont be back, I will drive an extra 20 minutes to another chevy dealer where I know I get treated right. More

The worst experiance ever had in my life I will use this opportunity to express how dissapointed im with the finance director Ayman Damyan, he was very unprofessional with me and my wife, thi I will use this opportunity to express how dissapointed im with the finance director Ayman Damyan, he was very unprofessional with me and my wife, this was the situation, i went on wednesday afternoon to buy a car, the sales guy Carlos he was very friendly and helpful, as soon i start to talk to the financial.manager i told him that i have already a bank to do the finance for my new car, he said that i had to fill all the paper not matters if i will go with another bank, i told him that my bank was giving me 4.4% of apr and he told me that i was wrong, that is imposible, he contius pushing me saying that i dont know what i was talking and trying to sell me the idea to use his bank, i told him like 5 times that i have a pre-approval loan already but the bank closed at 6pm, i told him that i will call him next day, yesterday i called him but he was not available and i was transfered with lady that is a financial.manager too, i told her what was happening and that i was needing a new invoice for my bank without the gap and extended warranty becuase i will take that with my bank, she said ok i will.prepare the papers but you need to come to sign the paper again, we make an appoiment for 9am.today, we were there at 9am, as soon she show up she went to talk to us and she took us to a office and said tha she can give me the same APR that my bank was giving me, i told her if you give me the same numbers i will.stay with your bank, then she said that she cant do anything because i will need to wait for his partner, finally he showed up and i start to explain him what i need and i told.him what she said about to give me the same APR, he ignore me and start to said i cant do anything for you because i submited the papers yesterday and the bank already paid me the car, i was supprised with how fast the bank paid the car, then i asked him please call the bank to i can talk to them and explain them the situation he said with a arrogant voice i will no do that, i asked him why, i told him as a costumer i have the right to talk to the bank, he said no i will not call the bank, i said ok, i will call them.from my phone, i did it and the bank associate said that they didnt have any car loan register in tye name of.my wife, i told him that and he said that they are carzy and this is a final deal, i told him that i get advice from my bank that legally i have 3 day to find a finacial method for my car and that was my right, he started to said that my bank were a liar because the gap is different, i asked him what are your facts to said that and he said because i know but i will not argume with you because you dont know anything about this process, after 2 hrs he gave me the dealer sale invoice that i was requesting, i asked him to.make me the favor to send the document to.my bank, he left and said that he did it but the document never arrived to.my bank, i took.pics with my phone to be able to send the document to.my bank, as soon the recieved they find out that was a discrepancy in the number and there was $108 added to the total.of the sale that was not in the bill of sale the day that i bought the car, i call the financial manager to request him to fix the discrepancy and fax the papers to.my bank, took me 3 hrs and 6 calls to can make that happened. I will be very honest and transparent, this kind of employees that the costumers dont deserve, now after this experiance the fact that he liar to me and arrogance from the financial manager i dont want to make more bussines with your dealer, this was a nightmare, hope you can make them.accountables because the costumers dont deserve an treatment like this, this car was my wife birthday present and they turned this celebration in a nightmare. Ask for JAVIER! I brought my 2014 Silverado in for a 15,000 mile service. I made an appt. in advance (which I highly recommend all vehicle owners do at any dealership I brought my 2014 Silverado in for a 15,000 mile service. I made an appt. in advance (which I highly recommend all vehicle owners do at any dealership.) Javier checked me in and I showed him two different 15k mile coupons I had printed out for this location. I asked him for his advice on which service I should get. He asked me a few questions and told me I didn't need to go for the high performance service which was more expensive. An hour and fifteen minutes later he checked on my truck and explained all was well except the cabin air filter. It had evidence of a rodent and he recommended I replace it and of course I agreed. That only took fifteen more minutes and Javier showed me the old filter with pieces of chewed foam that had fallen on it! He explained my bill and he searched for and applied a ten dollar off coupon for the filter replacement service. I paid the bill, thanked Javier and asked for a manager to compliment him. Noel was very happy to speak with me and proud to receive the high praise I had for Javier who Noel had trained. Then Noel gave me great advice on how to deter rodents. We went outside to my truck and he showed me where on each inside wheel that rats jump up and get inside. (If you live anywhere near water, even a retention pond you've got rats outside.) Noel told me to get a lot of mothballs and put in four breathable bags and each evening place behind and inside each tire where they jump up to get inside. Noel explained this might sound like a lot of trouble to do and undo each day but if rats chew up the wires it can cost up to five thousand dollars to replace them all. So, I am happy with Starling overall and Javier and Noel in particular and I will be back! They have given me confidence in Starling (this was my first experience with them) and I will buy my next vehicle here! And they washed my truck which was covered in love bugs! Incredible service, thank you again. More
