Were do I start:1) 1st Visit had the truck for 12 weeks. Were do I start: 1) 1st Visit had the truck for 12 weeks. Our service writer was no where to be found. So we had to find another Svc Writer to help u Were do I start: 1) 1st Visit had the truck for 12 weeks. Our service writer was no where to be found. So we had to find another Svc Writer to help us after a 45 min wait. Yes Mr.**** your CORPORATE truck is 100% repaired. ( We have over 6200 Newer GMCs in our fleet...this will be our last purchase. Going to Toyota) Took the truck....no it wasn't. The transmission is STILL messed up. So back the truck goes...again. Picked it up yesterday after 6 weeks in the shop. Got a call from Megan in Service AND Mr Golston the service manager. You truck is ready to go. So we get there for our SCHEDULED pick up and they have it out for a test drive....WHAT?? After 65 min in the waiting area wondering were the xxxx my truck is I venture out into the service area. They have the hood up and it had a bad coil pack. WTH happened to your truck is ready. So I go see Mr Golstron and he has every excuse in the book. So the the coil is changed and oh yea Mr...****** you also have a bad battery. At this point Im done and I go to see the GM MR Angelo Minichello. Well he is on the phone... I see him and ask the floor Mgr to have him come see me. Im looking at him at the front lobby desk. After and hour and being ignored I grab his card and leave a VM for him to call me. Well I have yet to get a call EVEN after leaving a message with the front desk receptionist this morning. They could care less about you after they get your money and Im sure they could care less about this review, SO...I will just put it where it matters in their wallet. Im sure GM Corporate will care when they loose those MASSIVE Worldwide yearly sales!! Consider THAT in the works as of today....Thank you Toyota for ALWAYS being there...It has paid off!! More
