Customer Satisfaction I made an unscheduled visit to see if I could have an oil change because it was due. Larry Rider was there to greet me with his great sense of humor I made an unscheduled visit to see if I could have an oil change because it was due. Larry Rider was there to greet me with his great sense of humor that made me laugh! He immediately fitted my Chevy Malibu for service that only took an hour for a free multi-point inspection, tire rotation, filter and oil change, and a service wash! Thank you so much for the great experience. It would be nice to have another free oil change to celebrate my recent retirement from a 40 year career as a registered nurse. God Bless you all for your consistent top notch service you have provided for my father, Richard Wickham, who has been a customer for almost 30 years!🙌 More

Needed A/C Repaired I was in Kissimmee for a class and my 2016 Acadia a/c went out. The shop gave me a loaner so I could get back to class. Can't fix a/c, either incompetent or evil. Given estimate for repair for a/c, paid after guaranteed a/c working perfectly (beware, they test a/c in their service center which is climate control Given estimate for repair for a/c, paid after guaranteed a/c working perfectly (beware, they test a/c in their service center which is climate controlled, not outside when it is 100 degrees), but not fixed (and parts not returned as requested). When car returned the car was blowing hot air at idle (same as when brought in). They came back with another repair of near same cost as initial estimate (1,095 dollars). Beware: make sure car is fixed properly before signing invoice---not after. Make sure that car is fixed right the first time. OR don't bring car here. They don't know what they are doing or they are scamming for more money. More

They got us an appointment early the very next day. Right from the start dealing with Mandy, to Noel, to Big Joe ( our driver to and from the company) our experience was amazing. They were so very friendly, professional and organized. Couldn't have expected a better experience regardless of the fact our vacation included a stop to fix the car.
