Transmission issues 2013 Corvette developed a rattle in the shifter and an unusual noise when coasting. Took it in, talked with Martin (does the Vette work and is great) 2013 Corvette developed a rattle in the shifter and an unusual noise when coasting. Took it in, talked with Martin (does the Vette work and is great) and found bearing pac bad in diff due to seal going out. Kept me posted on findings, cost and progress through out. Not pleasent but very professional. Martin is great! More

Long wait If you go in with a appointment expect to wait a long time. They have the slowest service department. Best dealer experience ever. I was 11 hours away from home on vacation with family . Transmission messed up .one dealer had a week wait. Starling took me right in .gave me loaner I was 11 hours away from home on vacation with family . Transmission messed up .one dealer had a week wait. The problem I had was found and fixed. I bought my SUV 1 1/2 years ago and the key fob would work a day then go out and not work for a week. I had the car in the dealership 8 times and the I bought my SUV 1 1/2 years ago and the key fob would work a day then go out and not work for a week. I had the car in the dealership 8 times and they kept trying to find the problem. This last time did the trick, the GM guy from Fort Lauderdale even checked out the car had something replaced but the fob didn't work again. Someone else was called and they said it may be some wiring, so the tech changed it out completely. I've had the car back almost 2 weeks and it's worked every time when I hit the fob lock and unlock. My serviceman was Eugene at the St. Cloud dealership, he stayed on this and kept me informed on what was going on, a job well done. Many thanks to him and the tech that worked on my car, it was a very difficult problem to find. More

They will not go beyond with the computer states. I starting to lead to concerns future concerns. More
