Jason was great. I appreciate the information he shared regarding my vehicle. However, I'm disappointed that the dealership is no longer selling the Buick line. Staff is good, service time is good. It did not fix the problem. GM is aware of piticular problems but don't want to fix it properly. More
Agent staff was excellent and very professional. Final results was fully operational HVAC system for my GMC Sierra truck. However, it took two service periods to achieve final success. First vis Final results was fully operational HVAC system for my GMC Sierra truck. However, it took two service periods to achieve final success. First visit replaced HVAC controller only. This yielded some cooling for a couple weeks. Mechanic failed to re-attach panel under steering wheel correctly - left it partially unattached (indicative of sloppy performance). After 3 weeks AC system failed. Second visit included more thorough system examination resulting in replacing condenser sensor module and recharging the freon to proper levels. HVAC system now works correctly in all modes. Labor costs for this second service were very high (over $1,000) to replace a $35 part. Overall the service department solved the issue but required more than one expensive service period where vehicle was out of use (due to lack of stocked parts). More
