He made the process painless and after I met with Ben who was the sales manager who introduced himself and assured me to contact him if I had any problems. I have bought several new cars and most times it was when I knew what I wanted and I have a grasp as to auto technology. The staff at Carl's were very helpful and never hinted that I wasn't the customer. In fact it was the first time, that I can recall I felt like the customer going out the door which has not been often. I came back the very next day and had brakes put on my Lexus, I was that impressed. I took my car over to a real estate office and show the deal that I got and everyone was amazed at the price. I would recommend and go back to Carl's Buick. I would look for Brahim and let me buy another car. Thanks More
John Hobson is the most helpful and friendly salesman my husband and I have ever worked with. We looked at a few different vehicles but could not find a vehicle that was the right price. We decided to go to Carl's and we found the right vehicle for an awesome price. John knew that we had a limit to the amount of money we wanted to finance and they got us the exact price we wanted without any haggling or back and forth like many other dealerships. John was also very efficient when it came to getting things done. My husband and I had to make a trip to the DMV to change our licenses to the correct address and mine to my married name. When we got back we were ready to go right to finance, there was no waiting, and the paperwork was all ready to go. Overall it was the best car buying experience I've had and my husband and I are both very happy with the vehicle we purchased and the price we paid. John Hobson was the most helpful salesman I've worked with because he get things done quick and he doesn't push customers to spend more than they can. He worked with our budget very well, got the paperwork done quick, and was a pleasure to be around. More

I was approached in the parking lot by John Harper, who was extremely friendly and sociable. I advised him right away the type of car I was interested in. He wasn't your typical sales person who is normally very pushy and agressive. After a test drive in the Buick Encore, I fell in love with it. We went back into his office, at which time we did some paperwork. The whole experience was very pleasant and very comfortable. He was extremely professional and knowledgable, and answered all my questions and concerns. I did sign a lease agreement with him and was extremely satisfied with all deal I received. I look forward in servicing my vehicle in the future. I also met a few staff members in the dealership, who helped answer a few questions as well as Gary in the service department. They all were extremely friendly and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate recommending Carls Buick in the future to all my friends and family. Thank you again for a wonderful experience! I rate them #1!!! John is the best automobile sales consultant I have ever met. He is very personable and extremely knowledgeable. He explained all aspects of my car in terms I could understand. When I decided to make the purchase I was given a tour of the dealership and was introduced to several other department employees I might have reason to visit. Very poor workmanship after the sale and very rude salesman (after the sell). I bought a truck there that they promised they would take care of the issues next Thursday. I get up the next day to go t salesman (after the sell). I bought a truck there that they promised they would take care of the issues next Thursday. I get up the next day to go to work and I turn on talk radio. I think to myself "this radio is really bad" then I hit a bump and the stereo blasts out SOOO Loud. I looked at the truck in the daylight and it had tons of dents and scratched. The back seat pouch was torn, it smelled like dog, etc. I decided to go out the next day with my white shirt. When I got home it was stained so bad from the seats I had to throw it away. My family get in the truck and I have to tell them " sit on a towel" we drive and the speakers cut on an off and they have to mention the smell and the scratched and dents on the exterior. I am not worried, because I was promised that all the issues would be taken care of. I finally get my truck there for the service and I was told by the service department (over the phone) it would cost me over $500 to fix the acceleration and speakers that were defective the day I bought the truck. I was assured that this would be covered. Their website stated the used vehicles would be like new. Seat belt alarm does not chime, blood on ceiling etc. I got to dealer and the service dept. told me to talk to Bob Reed. I told him the truck was not detailed and showed him and he say's "they must have missed that spot". I say "how about all these other spots, and the rear pouch they said they fixed". Bob starts raising his voice and say's "we never agreed to this stuff" and started being very rude. I was assured the paint scratches would be fixed to the point you would barely notice. I told Bob that it was getting later and it was overcast and raining when I was looking at the car. Bob replies by saying it was bright and sunny. What a liar he is. I showed my friend and he just laughed and said "looks like a 2 year old colored on your truck". I was hoping this would be the dealer I could buy the rest of my cars from, but it's NOT! Stay Away! More
