Extremely disappointing The reason for the visit was an overheated transmission. The repair was done poorly. There was greasy hand prints all over the exterior and interior, i showed Tom C. The fluid was not changed, and no paperwork was given till 2 days after I picked up my truck. I told Tom C. that the truck had a shutter and nothing was done. On my next trip 3 days later, the transmission overheated again. After repeated attempts to get a loaner to go on my vacation they said they will not assist me which lead to the current issue. The transmission reaches 270 plus degrees in stop and go traffic. I have never been treated so poorly after a sale as Carls has treated my family. This is a 2017 Sierra with less than 6,000 miles. More

I was worried about losing a ton of money from the trade-in process, but they offered such a great price on a pre-owned 2017 Terrain and gave me a fair amount on my trade-in, that I was essentially able to break even. In fact, my payments went down a little. To top things off, I drove 180 miles to get there so I didn't make it until 1 hour before they closed; no worries, the salesman John D went right to work and I was rolling away in my new ride exactly 1 hour later. I absolutely recommend this dealership and would like to thank them for making the trade-in process quick and easy. Go ahead and "Try Carl"! More
