I did plenty of research prior to going in and emailed with a few dealerships to get started. Even via email I felt like I would have an honest experience with Carl’s. I was right! They must have excellent leadership because the staff -including the salesman, John D, the finance lady-I can’t remember her name (sorry) but she was so knowledgeable and sweet, and the VP, Paul were all amazing. The receptionist even seemed on point! Thanks to Carl’s I now know car shopping isn’t (quite) as bad as dental work! Which is a great thing considering I’ve got to see them again at the end of my lease!! Go see them for yourself! The new 2019 Enclave is gorgeous! More
